Enjoy a balance of modern comforts and rural charm with a shared pool, private dining area, grill, and fire pit. Perfect for up to 6 guests, it’s one of three retreats that can host 18 together. Unplug, reconnect, and indulge in the peaceful surroundings of Element Ranch, designed for your ultimate relaxation. The Water Retreat is the only retreat with an EV charger.

This property is professionally managed by HOSTIE Vacation Rentals. They will be available during your entire stay!

Guest will have access to The Water Retreat and the Water Retreats outdoor dining seating, grill, and firepit. The pool is shared between all 3 retreats. Please note there could be other guests sharing the pool at the same time.

OUTSIDE + POOL + PATIO
- Pool: Shared pool with poolside chairs and umbrellas; pool towels provided
- Pool cannot be heated.
- Patio: Each retreat has a dedicated patio with outdoor dining, wood burning fire pit (wood not provided), and a propane grill (propane provided)
- EV charger for Water Retreat guests use only.
- Parking: located behind each unit for up to 4 vehicles

LAUNDRY
- In-unit washer and dryer with laundry detergent and dryer sheets provided

You'll need a vehicle to get from the home into Round Top and the surrounding area. Consider renting HOSTiE's chauffeured luxury sprinter van during your stay. Ride sharing apps, like Uber/Lyft, aren't available in this rural area.

-Pre-arrival form & rental agreement: we do ask for a copy of your ID as part of our guest screening process after the reservation is confirmed. You will also be asked to sign a rental agreement. 

- Must be over 25 to rent this home.

- When you stay with HOSTÎE Vacation Rentals, you are covered for any accidents that might happen up to $5000 with the added fee of $79 in your total. Coverage details are spelled out in your rental agreement. This is applied to all bookings.

-This property may have other guests on the property at the time of your stay in the Earth and Air Retreats. The pool is shared between the three retreats.

-It is possible for the other two retreats to be booked during your stay. If you would like to book the entire property, please send us a message or find the additional listing!

-Concierge service available! Private chef, grocery delivery, in-room massage, and more!

- For liability and security purposes, there are external cameras at the front, sides, back of the house and facing pool. There are NO inside cameras. Hosts may monitor external cameras at any time via a smartphone app, and cameras are not to be tampered with or covered.

- The property does have an EV charger. 220v outlet.
