This is a beautiful 2015 sunlit contemporary with four Bedrooms all en-suite. The breakdown of the Bedrooms are three Queen and One King size bedroom and walk-in shower. Sonos throughout the kitchen, living and dining room. A sunny deck and a new Weber grill to entertain friends and family overlooking the pool. A finished basement and a beautiful swimming pool with sunlight over the pool until after 5 pm.

I came from the UK many decades ago straight out to the East End and have never left. The sound of tree frogs in the early Spring, shadbush breaking out early Spring, a breathtaking night sky like no other, and the finest community you'd ever want to meet and share your life with.
Why they chose this property
This property is special because of the close proximity to the beach. It is a solid neighborhood of decent year round people who have chosen to live in this tight knit friendly community. A terrific farm stand, Serene Green Farm is but only a two minute walk. Quiet and special and a place to call home! An advantage is the proximity to East Hampton, Bridgehampton and Southampton for all its dazzling displays and yet close to the gorgeous bay beaches with glorious sunsets like no other.
What makes this property unique
Night sky, silence and the fragrance of saltwater and seaside flowers mingled together. A glorious drive to the local post office in the village of Sag Harbor passing over Long Beach Causeway. A forever changing beautiful sky whether hot sunny summer or cold wintry winter.
