The house was super clean and well maintained. The kitchen had everything that was needed and then some! Very convenient and easy to get to. The host was very quick to help and replied with speed! Definitely recommend!

Geri was an outstanding guest to host. Communication was prompt and clear, and they treated the property with respect, leaving it in excellent condition. Great place to stay with all the amenities and touches. House is well equipped and there are a ton of inside and outside games to play if you are traveling as a family. If you are traveling to USNA, you are only ten minutes from Gate 8. Thank you for hosting us Nina!! We would love to stay here again!

The house was enough out of the way to be quiet but close enough to everything. We enjoyed accessing the water, and the house and the yard were stocked with every kind of game to keep large groups happy and having fun.

Nina was an amazing host and the home was so well stocked and beautiful. We traveled with two small kids and she went above and beyond, providing pack and plays and a bouncer for my baby. We would definitely stay here again!

Great birthday!!

My friends and I were looking to find a spot big enough to stay while we celebrated a birthday in downtown Annapolis! This house was a perfect location with just a short drive to all the downtown attractions and restaurants . Nina was a wonderful host and the house was beautifully decorated and clean. I would definitely recommend staying here !

Perfect Match for Our Family

Great place with so much history nearby in Annapolis and the Chesapeake Bay. We stayed with our nine year old grandson and our English bulldog. Our grandson was never bored, so many games to play, Pac Man and basketball, soccer, lawn jarts. Nice residential streets for long walks to the shore. Nina was a terrific host and we all had a great time and would definitely return again.

Great Rental!!

Nina was extremely helpful with our trip. The house is updated, very clean and exceptionally appointed with anything you need (down to the advil!) Nina left treats and coffee that helped our first morning tremendously. Our Midshipman was able to invited company mates for brunch and we had plenty of space. The house was even decorated tastefully for Christmas! Wonder host, wonder location, fabulous to visit USNA. Go Navy!

THIS is how you host! Nina was fantastic! The house was clean and well stocked and she even purchased snacks and water for us as a nice welcome surprise. The towels were plush and she had nice pillows too! Everything made us feel right at home. She even had dog bowls! I’d definitely recommend this VRBO without reservation. This stay has spoiled us for future rentals! It was just amazing!
