This was such a tranquil piece of property to get away and relax. Beautiful views right on Lake Michigan and areas to explore less than a 1/2 drive away. Everything was clean, as offered and safe. Even the neighbors were friendly and kind. Highly recommend!

Our family has enjoyed spending time on Grand Traverse Bay for over 10 years and recently found this home that we would love to share with you. Since August 2024 we've added stairs to Lake Michigan, upgraded all mechanicals and some minor decorating for you to enjoy.

Situated on a quiet street with a low Lake Michigan bluff of Grand Traverse Bay. Enjoy long beach walks, looking for Petoskey Rocks, swimming and of the local winery's and restaurants.
