Low Country luxury in the heart of Sea Pines. You and your family will love Shady Pines. This beautiful newly remodeled 4 bedroom, 3 bath private home has everything to make lasting vacation memories. Nestled on a cul-da-sac you’ll love everything this home has to offer.

At the heart of this property, you’ll find open living spaces with gorgeous natural light. Enjoy sitting on oversized and comfortable sleeper sofas while watching the big screen smart TV. Accent that with two plush recliners in front the soaring decorative fireplace.
The kitchen and dining area offers granite countertops with 6 bar chairs for social or fine dining experiences. It is perfect for cooking and entertaining. There is a large dining table with an additional 8 comfortable dining chairs
The kitchen itself has everything you’ll need to create a culinary masterpiece. Stainless appliances and all the necessities you need to cook at home if you choose not to go to one of Hilton Heads fine restaurants.
The doors open to an outside open living space give way to a spacious lanai, boasting a calm tranquil conservation area leading to steps to an updated pool deck and pool. The pool can be heated for an extra daily fee. Simply ask and we’ll get it heated.
Four guest rooms continue to express best of Lowcountry living amid marvelously updated surroundings. We have 3 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. Each boast a king size bed with plenty of space to store your belongings as well as a smart TV. The 4th bedroom has a comfortable daybed and twin bunks also with a smart TV and games.
This house has private parking. There is a 3-car maximum outside. We offer beach chairs and accessories.

This is a PET FRIENDLY home! Please let us know if you will be bringing a furry friend. Dogs ONLY please! There is a 2 dog limit and both pets must weigh 30lbs or lower. There is a non-refundable pet fee of $250 for the 1st approved pet and an additional $150 for the 2nd approved pet. Please let us know if you have any questions!

We had a wonderful vacation and enjoyed the accommodations so much! Everything was clean and perfectly decorated! It was so easy and comfortable for our needs. I loved the proximity of the bike trail and the shade for running in the neighborhood. We will definitely return to this home again if it’s available. We loved it!!!

Perfect Sea Pines Getaway!

Great home, close to everything Sea Pines has to offer. Wonderful large kitchen, open to the living area…a private pool, great neighborhood to walk our dogs, very quiet. A lovely getaway!

Perfect Vacation

Our party of 6 adults and 1 young adult completely enjoyed our recent stay. While traffic within Sea Pines was increased due to the tournament we still found ways to relax & unwind at this beautiful property. The owner was very responsive and attentive to every detail. Will keep this property in mind for return trips to the area.

We had so much fun! With 11 of us (many teenagers) it was cozy. The kitchen is huge and perfect for when we all made dinner one night. We could fit 3 mid sized SUVs in the driveway, though you’d have to shuffle your cars if one had to get out. Overall, wonderfully clean house. Everything seemed new and worked well. The pool, though looks small, could hold 8 folks to just splash and cool off from the summer heat. The boys were able to take their bikes to the sea pines shops within walking distance. All in all, wonderful place. I’d highly recommend it!

Beautiful Home in Great Location

We loved our stay and will definitely be back next year. Stephanie was quick to respond to a last minute request allowing family to bring their dog. Not many places allow pets and this made it a perfect choice for our group. Not much else to say other than the home was beautiful and centrally located in Sea Pines!

Fantastic house!

My family and I had a great stay for a week vacation. Property is as pictured - super clean, and one of the better if not the best rental properties we've stayed. Owner is very responsive and goes out of way to be helpful (called in response to an email with recommendations on activities, restaurants etc. ) Location is great - quiet but short bike ride to the beach, a larger pool and few restaurants are a short walk. Would stay again if returning to HH.

Beautiful Home in Quiet Neighborhood

This house is absolutely gorgeous! It had plenty of room for our family and in-laws and it was very close to Lighthouse Dr and easy beach access. The homeowner responded to all of our needs quickly and was super accommodating. It is a very quiet neighborhood so if you want relaxation—this is it!

Lovely Property

The house was great. It was clean and well stocked with dishes,etc. for our party of 9. The location was good and convenient for everything in Sea Pines. The pool isn’t big but is fine for dipping and relaxing. Would definitely recommend. Property owner is very responsive.

Great house

We very much enjoyed our stay at this property. Very clean. Kitchen stocked with everything. Bike trails very close. The weather was unbearably hot…so the small pool outback was nice…and it is shaded mostly from all of the landscaping. Overall a great house for families!

Great house, great host, great location

We were a group of 5 men in Hilton Head for a golf weekend. This house couldn’t have been more perfect. We all slept comfortably with plenty of beds, bathrooms and open seating areas. Back deck and pool were excellent. Grill worked well and kitchen had all of the necessary supplies. Stephanie was great with communication. Location was convenient for golf, beach, groceries and restaurants. Highly recommended.

Immaculate Property

If you are looking for a four bedroom vacation rental in Sea Pines, look no further. The home is situated in a quiet neighborhood on a court with a private deck. Inside, you will find an immaculate home with a fully stocked kitchen. The open concept allowed for easy conversation whether you were in the kitchen or the family room. Also, the property is a short walk or bike ride to the beach or Harbortown (1/2 mile).
