Lovely stay

We had a great stay. The house is decorated nicely and is very cozy and clean. The host was very tentative and responded quickly to our questions. Would highly recommend this house for anyone looking to stay in the area.

Graduation Weekend

Perfect location for our Fairfield University graduation weekend. The home itself is adorable and inviting with great proximity to grocery stores and restaurants. Loved the decor style and the inherent charm & character of this farmhouse from the 1700's. Not a big fan of the "leave your shoes at the door" requirement. Maybe mention this in the listing. The breakfast nook was my favorite spot for coffee and morning chatter. Perfect home to relax and celebrate inside and out. The fire pit area and large backyard made evenings twice as enjoyable.Suggestions:Definitely need tons more lighting throughout the living space and in the bedrooms. This is a must for enjoying the spaces with seating (living room and family room) and to facilitate getting ready/dressed to go out. As a rental property owner myself, my opinion is that this residence is a gem in need of a little upgrade to the existing accommodations ie: new sectional and mattresses and hopefully a second full bath.Thank you Cozette and Tycie for prompt communication and sharing your farmhouse with us!Fantastic stay
