Cute little cottage. Beds were comfortable and it was very clean. AC units were a bit loud but that’s to be expected and there was some noise from the airport. We were able to explore Nashville with just a short drive to most places, very convenient. Would stay again!
I think overall it was a good stay. The heating/AC was a little tricky to manage, but we got it sorted. You will need to bring sheets if you want to use the pull-out sofa bed. We didn't think of that before we left home.

We had great communication with Ben and were unaware he had no access to bed linens. We feel terrible and wish we had known so we could have provided them for his stay.

Disliked: Cleanliness, location, listing accuracy
Picture of cottage is no longer accurately depicted, linens were grungy and had holes in them. Ants were all over, coffee available to guests expired 2021. No kitchen sink, had to wash them in bathroom sink. Smelled musty. Good location and easy check in.

We are grateful that Jodi chose to stay at our cottage and deeply saddened over the issues she experienced. We have gone over Jodi’s review with our cleaning crew.
I have carefully gone through our linen supply and removed a torn sheet as well as a couple other pieces that had make up stains. We have alerted our pest control company about the ant issue, not at all uncommon this time of year, and they have doubled their spraying efforts on the outside perimeter. The out of date Maxwell House coffee was a secondary option to the advertised Keurig products, and has safely been disposed of.
Nowhere, in either the pictures or the written description of our cottage, is a kitchen sink advertised.
We would very much have appreciated knowing about these issues during Jodi’s stay, or at least before she submitted a review, as we would have acted to address them immediately going as far as to offer a reasonable refund
Love the location! So easy to get to any part of Nashville. Worked out great for the dogs and we appreciated the pet friendly environment. The cottage is cute and very clean. The kitchen doesn't have a sink which is a little inconvenient but we did enjoy our stay. Dave is very friendly and a considerate host. A nice place to stop in Nashville.
Wonderful bed!!! Plenty of pillows to choose from. Easy in & out. Very pet friendly for our small dog. Heaters worked well but were loud. Took uber to Broadway for 13.50 one way. Host is very responsive and friendly.
Enjoyed the cabin great location to all the sights. We really love that our pup was welcome at the cabin. Highly recommend the cabin if you want to escape the noise of the city.
Overall was a great stay. Curb appeal needed a little work as I felt like I was pulling into can down homes driveway. But the inside of the cottage itself was great. Everything you would need for a quick stay. I would have liked to have had sheets and anextra quilt for the pull out couch & the queen bed itself was not the most comfy. Great location near the park and airport. We enjoyed our stay.
