The downstairs is setup with 2 comfy couches in front of a TV and the dining table just next to the full kitchen.
The kitchen has all brand new appliances, coffee maker, and all the accessories needed for cooking.
The downstairs master bed room has a king bed, tv, dresser drawers, closet & hangers, a work desk and the downstairs bathroom with a walk-in shower.
The upstairs has two bedrooms with closets & hangers. The larger room has 1 queen and 1 full beds and a tv, while the smaller room has 2 twin beds.
Onsite laundry available with minimum stay of 7 nights, otherwise available for a small fee.

Why they chose this property
We love this area so much with all the various eateries, bars, parks and the St James River. The Notre Dame Boat house is just a minute walk down by the river front.
