Super cute, comfortable cottage! It was just right for our annual reunion of three college friends. It was convenient to all the places we wanted to visit. We had a minor issue during check-in but the owner had it resolved very quickly and helpfully and followed up with us. I would not hesitate to stay here again and recommend it to others.

We left and never stayed a night!This was two 71 aged “girls” get together and It took me zero minutes to realize that this cute place was surrounded by the “hood”!!!The minute I drove up I thought I had made a terrible mistake! The house was cute and clean. The neighborhood was unsettling!!! The house next door was dilapidated and “empty” and very questionable. The entire neighborhood and blocks all around had questionable people walking the streets and cars parked all over each lawn! We left because we thought our cars would have all tire and wheels removed, when we woke up!!!!We never did anything in the house. We left and found another place to stay. I was out the entire expence of two nights! I never could get hold of the host!

The home is located in an established residential neighborhood with a mix of older and updated homes, longtime residents, families, and retirees. The location is accurately represented through the listing photos, description, and map provided prior to booking. The guest communicated with us prior to arrival, and we responded to those messages. No concerns were communicated during the reservation, and the guest did not contact us regarding any issues before deciding to leave. We encourage future guests to review our many positive reviews, which reflect the experiences of guests who have stayed at and enjoyed the home.

Cute and very clean house

The house was clean with cute decor. Beds were comfortable and made with nice decorative pillows. My granddaughter is still raving about her mattress! We were very pleased with how quiet the neighborhood was. I did hear music when taking out the trash one night and was happy that we could not hear it in the house. We would absolutely book this cute house again.
