Perfect for our needs

Rented the studio as a gift to my son and grandson who were attending Spring Training. Most of their time was spent at ball fields so the studio was perfect for sleeping and grabbing a quick snack.

What makes this property unique

The space is a giant master bedroom that I walled off from the main house. It is totally separated from main house so no share space. You will have out door sitting area with lights that makes it a special time to sit outside.
