This property was not fit for VRBO rental
We were disappointed in the condition of this property. The list of issues is too long to fully detail here but suffice it too say it was at best a D grade. Top of the list was needing to call for Pest Control to visit twice, badly stained carpets, missing light bulbs, toilets that ran continuously and the owners/managers let themselves in to replace badly worn furniture. I personally repaired a stuck open window, replaced two toilet floats, replaced filthy furnace filters and replaced a faulty three-way switch in the kitchen. I also purchased and programmed a garage door opener remote control which was missing. They refunded the cost of those items but it should never be required when paying the equivalent of a mid-priced hotel. The positives were nice bathroom conditions, newer sinks and faucets, good water pressure and temperature. The location was great for us as we were only 5 minutes from our daughter's house. This property needs major upgrading to be suitable for VRBO listing at this price.
