- Walking distance to everything that makes Ouray special, including the famous Ouray Hot Springs, Ouray Perimeter Trail, and downtown - all literally just steps away.
- Recently updated, can sleep 5 (2 queen beds + large sectional sofa), has 1.5 baths, a FULLY STOCKED kitchen, new heat and air conditioning system, and an awesome wood-burning fireplace.
- Has smart TVs in the living room and both bedrooms.
- Has high-speed fiber WiFi and a convenient work area for those that need to stay connected.
- Includes super convenient parking - We even have EV charging right outside the front door!
