Cozy atmosphere

We loved the cabin! Kids loved everything that came with it. Especially all the tv’s. I personally have nothing to complain about but would like to share these few things to help the establishment know how to make it better. We brought our own beach towels but were not giving enough showering towels for our family to all be able to shower after we got out of the pool. We ran out of garbage bags and had to use our bags we bought from stopping at gas stations and such. We ran out of laundry detergent. And there were dust bunnies under all the beds and furniture. There wasn’t anything in the description that we needed to provide our own shampoos. We always had those provided and did not bring any. We cooked instead of going out to eat and the place was well equipped with everything I needed. Our mattresses were so comfortable we slept like babies.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The condo itself was beautiful, very clean, and thoughtfully laid out with plenty of space for everyone. The beds were comfortable, and the deck and hot tub were definite highlights for our group. The kitchen was well stocked, and we appreciated the unexpected touch of having coffee provided.We did run into a couple of minor issues when we arrived — the pool was not heated and the fireplace pilot light wasn’t lit — but maintenance was responsive and had both taken care of the next day.A few things future guests may want to be aware of: although the listing accommodates more people, the kitchen table and living room seating only comfortably fit four at a time. There were also not quite enough bath towels provided for our family, so we found ourselves doing extra laundry to keep towels in rotation (we were glad we brought our own beach towels for the pool).The driveway into the condo is also worth mentioning. It requires driving downhill into a very tight, almost U-shaped turn with limited space. There’s no room to turn around, so you have to back out when leaving. It was manageable, but a bit nerve-wracking, and we would be cautious about navigating it in poor weather or icy conditions.Overall, we had a great experience and appreciated the comfort and amenities this property offered.

Ang- We are glad you enjoyed your stay! Thank you for sharing your feedback. We want to quickly address some things you mentioned for future guests. Pool temps are not to go above 82 degrees. We do understand this can feel cooler since the human body temp is 98.6. Gas fireplaces are only available Oct-April and it sounds like yours was turned off already. We manage hundreds of properties so as maintenance teams can get to the cabins, typically will determine when in those months it is turned off or on. As always we are happy to adjust for the guests upon request. All guests are provided with a starter set of bath towels as per our lodging policy. We also remind guests to bring additional towels from home for pools and other recreational water activities. We are more than happy to swap out dirty bath towels for clean ones just call our guest services number! Most of our homes are on the side of mountains or in mountainous locations. Thank you again for staying with us!
