About the host
Hosted by Kevin and Rena

Husband, father, & lover of what life has to offer. I'm always up for coffee, family, & friends. I love providing a unique, cozy, friendly, & convenient space for folks to enjoy. The property is perfectly imperfect, and we're continually improving for our guests. We love sharing this unique piece of history in historic Monticello, Florida.
Why they chose this property
We fell in love with Monticello's downtown years ago. We enjoy having so many restaurants and shops within walking distance in the downtown area. Great food options, and my wife and kids like antiquing, treasure hunting, and plant shopping,
What makes this property unique
Camellia cottage is super convenient to downtown. We like that it's small, but feels bigger and we like that it's historic yet provides modern conveniences like the mini-split air conditioner that has it's line-set inside as to not detract from the home's original historic look.
