One Bedroom Apt only steps from the ocean. Best Location!

This second floor private unit #5 is directly on the ocean. Perfect for your visit to our little town of NEW SMYRNA Beach. Come explore for a few days or a month. Fun in the sun. Right on the ocean sand just a short walk to town. Charming 1930’s beach house with several units available. All units have individually controlled air conditioning, and fully equipped kitchens with refrigerator and cook top. The building has three deck areas which are commonly enjoyed by all the tenants occupying the building. A laundry area with free washer and dryer are available. Comfortable patio lounge chairs and a number of chairs are provided which can be taken down to the beach.
Unit #5 is our one bed one bath unit. Small but fully equipped with everything you need for your beach getaway. Sleeps 2 Sofa is not a sleeper sofa

Perfect location!!

My husband and I were in NSB for a wedding. This condo was the perfect spot! It’s small but has everything we needed for our stay. The restaurants and shops along Flagler Avenue are walkable (.6 mile walk). The beach is right out the back door! Owner was great at communicating check in info. Highly recommend this listing!

This a cute little beach house. Easy walk on the beach to food and shopping. Only issue we had was the construction crew working on the new building beside us kept using all the parking spots.

First New Smyrna Trip

My friend and I loved the Unit we stayed in. It is the best spot on the beach. The view is to die for and the ocean breeze and waves were spectacular. We were there during Hurricane Milton and we felt very safe! Louis and Julie were very good to us! We'll be back next October- Mary and Debbie

get away for a few nights

This apartment is perfect for a couple looking to stay a few nights at the beach. What we like most is this - you walk out the back door and you're standing on the beach. No other location has better access. Also, a 10-minute walk and your on Flagler Ave with all the restaurants. No hassle trying to park the car. We will return next year.

The unit was just like the photos. The place was great and I had a nice view of the beach from my unit. The chairs as well as the table umbrellas on the deck could be replaced; a little rusty and umbrella didn't work. When I had a question it was very easy to get a hold of the owners, who were very friendly. I will definitely consider staying again.

Smack on the beach

Great location on NSB. Clean and easy. Refrigerator did not work. Freezer iced up. Should be replaced. Other than than, was a fun place to stay for the $ on the beach.

Everything was great, nice and clean apartment, easy self check in, right on the beach and 2 level deck plus a side patio. Manager got back to us right away with question after booking and a concern with cracked cooktop that was like that upon arrival. she had contacted owner and housekeeper came next morning to look at it and said has been like that but that owner plans to replace it. We are disappointed that the beach was a drive on beach with vehicles that we were not aware of but quickly adjusted and enjoyed the beautiful beach!

Comfortable stay on the beach

The place is comfortable, including the bed. BBQ grill worked fine. Nice beach towels included for the beach. Bring or buy laundry detergent. Unfortunately, when I was there, there was some loud, oblivious visitors down the hall that ran in and out from the deck into their room and with the beach winds, the door continuously slammed loudly each time they came in and out. You don't know who will be staying at the property while you are there as the common space is shared. Can't get much closer to the beach though. Sea wall being installed while I was there which the PM did advise of. I decided to stay during this time anyway but noise level and banging were very loud and woke me several mornings. Nice place to stay however, don't stay during construction.

We mainly live in Orlando although we are out to the beach almost every week. We have the phone on 24/7 and respond quickly to any question, need, or problem.

Why they chose this property

We have been told by our tenants that our location is one of the best! We are on the north beach, which is great as you will avoid the big six lane road and mega condos found in the south Atlantic locations. We are located on the border of the residential area and just a short walk to the famous Flagler Avenue – the food, shopping and festival district. Our New Smyrna Beach House is closer to the ocean then we may prefer at times. In 2004, the waves were lapping onto and against our foundation which was a little scary; however, now the sand has returned with plenty of great space for sandcastles and sunbathing as well as the shortest walk to the water of any place I have ever seen. You can still hear the surf pounding as you fall asleep at night and the views are so beautiful in the morning as the sun rises over the horizon. What makes this property unique

Our house was built in the 1930's and grandfathered in as 5 units in the 1960’s. We are constantly updating and beautifying the property, as it is our future permanent residence, when we move full time to our favorite place in the world - New Smyrna Beach, Florida.
We off short term rentals with the exception of Feb and March which have longer stay requirements. Holidays have a 3 night min
