This charming home features a full size washer/dryer, Air Conditioner, Two bedrooms plus queen size sleep sofa, living room with skylights & fireplace, dining room, kitchen with stove, Dishwasher, microwave, fridge, Coffee maker, Plates, dishes, and utensils. Minutes to Route 28, Seagull Beach, Stop & Shop, Pancake Man and numerous attractions including Pirate Museum, Batting Cages, Bicycle & Walking Trails, Miniature Golf, Bumper Cars, Antique Shops, Salt Water Taffy, Ice Cream & Candy Shops, Novelty shops and so much more.

Incorporated in 1637, Yarmouth is one of the oldest towns on Cape Cod. Geographically, the town encompasses both the north and south side of the Cape, each area having its own flavor. Yarmouth has 15 fresh and saltwater beaches on Nantucket Sound. Seagull Beach is the town’s largest, and the Bass River area has some fine beaches

Bustling West Yarmouth, with its abundant vacation homes and cottage colonies, offers something for the whole family. West Yarmouth is home to the lovely walking trail, the Yarmouth Boardwalk, which extends through the marsh and to Swan Pond and its surrounding woods.

Free summer concerts are held on Monday nights at the outdoor bandshell at the Mattacheese Middle School.

Great cottage with everything we needed to enjoy our week away, and close proximity to the rail trail and sea gull beach/downtown area. Hosts were communicative and property was as described/pictured. Mattresses could be comfier, but otherwise a lovely trip - and having laundry on-site was a huge bonus. Thank you!

This is a very nice, very well kept 2 bedroom property with a sofa that opens up to a full mattress. Very quiet area, picnic table in a nice size yard. We went to the beach beside the Ocean Mist hotel, free parking. House has everything you would need towels, kitchen pot/pans/utensils. Very well maintained house.

Kevin's place is updated, clean and well equipped. We had a traveling crew stay there for two months for the second summer in a row. Kevin is extremely helpful and accomodating and I HIGHLY recommend him and his property! We'll see you next summer!

Kevin's home is very nicely decorated, comfortable and modern. I had a few seasonal employees come in from the West Coast and they stayed for a month at the home. They property is equipped with everything you need in a home away from home. Kevin was a gracious and helpful host from start to finish! Would absolutely stay again- five stars!

Wonderful week on the Cape!

My family and I have never rented a house before as we always use hotels. But this time we went with something different and couldn’t be more pleased! The house was clean and very close to everything the mid-cape has to offer. We even used the fire pit 2 nights because it was so lovely in the yard. It came stocked with practically everything you could possibly need. Really enjoyed it:)

The price was a little more than I was hoping to pay but maybe this is the going price plus there was an extra fee for insurance which I've never had to pay before. The house itself was very homey, off main areas and very quiet (which is nice). The beds were a little uncomfortable but that didn't ruin our stay as we kept ourselves busy touring different parts of the cape daily and coming home late we fell right to sleep. The kitchen was stocked with pots/pans/utensils you might need if cooking. Coffee pot/microwave and toaster always a plus. Back yard with a picnic table and small grill and fire pit. Overall the house is lovely and me and my daughter had a great week

Such a lovely house and clean!

This house had everything you could possibly need. Even had board games for our rainy day !Super clean, freshly painted. Washer and Dryer was a bonus ! Comfortable and very short drive to all amenities- 9 min to the beaches 3-4 min to grocery and restaurants and I could walk to the planet fitness Had a great stay!

Beautiful little nook, close to everything. Make sure to bring your own towels, as we missed it in the welcome notes, flew in from CO, and had nothing to shower with. Great fire pit, grill, picnic table, close to the coolest kid beaches!

House was in a quiet neighborhood away from busy traffic, but central to all of lower cape. Had just the right space for my family of 4. Driveway space for 2 cars. Kitchen/bathroom were clean/new. Renters communicated well. Air conditioning limited to family room area. Thanks so much!
