License number 07 7855Our spacious detached villa is set against the backdrop of the magnificent Taurus mountains giving it lovely views over Kalkan village, has been totally refurbished for the 2021season.
The villa has a light and airy feel ,with a large pool ,high degree of privacy privacy free wifi a/c to all rooms.
2 very large bedrooms with king-size beds and a double that also has a single in the larger bedroom all comes with on suite bathrooms.
the villa is set on a quite road with in reach to town taking a 10 min walk maximum . Close walk to Samira hotel

Villa Adden boasts a master bedroom suite, with queen sized bed, ample storage, large en suite bathroom and private balcony overlooking the pool and views out to the bay, second bedroom with views out to the bay, and private balcony, king sized bed, en suite bathroom and storage.
a further bedroom with double and single beds, en suite and storage, views to the rear garden keeping this room cool. Downstairs toilet.

The town is situated 10 min walk from the villa , you can find lots of choice of restaurants bars coffee shops est.
Villa Adden has a fully equipped open plan kitchen/dinner which adjoins a spacious lounge which leads out through double doors to the private seating . terrace, pool and gardens, sun loungers ,outside dinning BBQ, shower to the side of the villa private parking for those with a car.
To the back of the property is avery large coart yard large area with seating large bbq area kitchen and sink . Sun loungers
This is a beautiful villa for both families and couples in a quite location yet only ten minute walk (2 min taxi ride) to Kalkan town restaurant and charming shops and a beautiful harbour which is now a small marina. Kalkan as a very good a/c bus service /taxi service.
The villa has free wifi, tv and is fully equipped for the whole family.
Villa Adden is set in a residential street in Kalkan, the area is peaceful and well established and boasts beautiful views over Kalkan bay and the islands in the bay.

Villa Adden: Our air conditioned villa sleeps 6. The villa is equipped with hair dryer ,iron ironing board ,washing machine ,clothes dryers and a safe. We have are own off street parking for those that bring a car. The villa will be cleaned once a week, our local manager will come to the villa every day for pool cleaning and garden maintenance. Any problems we will leave a phone in the villa for you to contact our local manager who is always there to help. The villa is close enough to walk into town where you will find the local bus station that can take you to most places around Kalkan and further. You do not need to bring masses of baggage,the villa is fully equipped and is a home from home.

The property was perfect for us. It was beautifully clean and very well maintained and had everything we needed.It is high above the town and has wonderful views and we used taxis to return from the fabulous restaurants each evening.The pool area is lovely with sun beds and chairs and the rear garden offers a great calm alternative.Heather was so helpful before we left from the UK and Dogan was great whilst we there. Home from home stay

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay, well appointed villa with home from home feel. Great views of Kalkan and well positioned away from the centre but easily accessible. Lovely pool and plenty of sunbeds/areas to sit. Had some great meals out and BBQ’s in, visit to Kali Beach Club (recommended) and drive into mountains to view Tlos ancient ruins and lunch at trout farm. Heather was an excellent host and responded quickly to any questions we had.

Simply a great place to stay

Very comfortable and homely villa with everything you need but really it’s all about the outside space Lovely and private lots of sitting areas and super comfy beds and great views down to Kalkan Only reason not to recommend is if you had non swimming children the pool has no shallow end, apart from this a couple of noodles or lilos solves this! Good internet, lots of space, very communicative owners, a lot to love about this place and felt very sad saying goodbye to it

Beautiful Villa in Kalkan

We had a lovely stay at Villa Adden - near to Kalkan town with lots of good restaurants and shops. It's helpful to have a car as Kalkan is very hilly. We drove to nearby Kas, also a nice seaside village and two beaches. The Villa is very spacious and comfortable. Perfect for a family or two couples as each bedroom has an ensuite bathroom. The pool is very nice and outside bbq and rooftop terrace we a plus! We will definitely return to Villa Adden!

Fabulous villa

Just returned from a stay in the fabulous villa Adden. Missing the outdoor space and gorgeous views already. Communication with the host was excellent and would highly recommend a stay at this property. Steep walk into kalkan but taxis cheap enough. There’s a hotel/bar a cpl of hills down called samira which was fine for a bit of breakfast/lunch/coffee/beer on the mornings we didn’t want to cook or go right down into kalkan. Only regret not staying longer!

Wonderful villa with great pool

The villa was perfect, very roomy, spotlessly clean and well equipped. A thoughtful welcome basket of breakfast items and snacks greeted us and there were plenty of towels and linen to use. The pool was large and safe. The garden had a good amount of shade as well as sun with comfortable outdoor seating. The air con worked well apart from in one bedroom. All bedrooms had en suite showers and toilets which were clean. Strongly recommend this villa for couples, groups and families.

Villa Adden

In an ideal setting overlooking Kalkan, with steps up from the road, this is a well decorated and cared for villa. It has many homely touches and is very well equipped with lots of space. Outside, is a lovely al-fresco dining area. The pool is probably too deep for young children but for us was great for cooling down. The surrounding patio has areas of privacy and shade while on the roof is another spot with sunbeds and seating ideal for taking in the stunning views by day or night.

Beautifully appointed villa for relaxation

Beautiful villa, modern but simple with clean lines. The house has everything you might need for your holiday including an excellent local team who clean/tidy the house and garden area. For those wanting shade, there is always plenty to be had (a must for the first few days of sunshine) and a nice breeze keeping you from melting when it gets too hot. And to be able to see the stars..... Villa is close to Kalkan (brief stroll down the hill - plenty of taxis to bring you back up) or many restaurants will arrange to pick you up! We loved Kalkan (not our first time in Kalkan) and the quiet of the villa - recommended.

Amazing

We can honestly say our stay in aprilwas one of our best , worried it was too early . Weather fantastic and so was the the villa ,not everything was open but was made us very welcome and made new friends , been coming to kalkan for 3 years and I can honestly say our villa was really amazing with lots of privacy and great sea views . We would take a walk into town that took 12 min , always a taxi back after a cple of wines didn't don't fancy walking , but taxi was very cheap taxi rank at the start of town so close to the villa but set away on a lovely quite road . Heather was very helpful as was the staff she employs to look after the home . We will 100% stay again in this villa .

Relaxing holidays

We spend 2 weeks in Villa Adden, that was really relaxing and easy to live in this house. The villa is very well equiped, nothing missing. All the familly had a lot of fun in the swimming pool, which is perfect to play and to relax after a hot day. The service (pool cleaning, gardner, house cleaner) is perfect, not disturbing, and the manager is very helpfull. The villa is not in a noisy part of the town, which helps to relax. Kalkan offers a lot of restaurants, a good diving center, nice shops to get anything we needed. The situation is perfect to visit the sites around and to stay at the beach (Kaputas and Patara are excellent). We really enjoyed our stay and we positively recommand this house. Heather the owner is also very nice and helpfull. Thank you for all Heather.

Beautiful, Villa in a really good location

The Villa Adden was a perfect holiday home for us, in fact it was just like a home from home, with every conceivable home comfort. The whole place is air-conditioned which is lovely when you want to escape from the heat outside. The kitchen is beautiful and clean. All the bedrooms are lovely and the roof terrace has the most comfortable settees which afford you fantastic views over the Kalkan bay. The swimming and BBQ area are really comfortable with plenty of parasols for everyone. The manager "Bayram" is great and quickly responds if you have any questions. It is only a 15 minute walk into Kalkan itself which is great, if a bit hilly, no shortage of places to eat and drink. However, we would recommend a trip to Isclamir in the mountains - beautiful surroundings (like a tropical forest) and gorgeous home-cooked food. Thank you Heather and Dave for being so helpful with our booking. Would definitely love to come back and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Villa Adden to anyone.

Home from Home

If you are looking for a home from home experience then Villa Adden is the place for you. Heather who is the owner has done an amazing job with this Villa and is one of the loveliest we have had the pleasure of staying in over the years of coming to Kalkan. Location ,views,cleanlyness,and fully equipped. What more can I say. First class and highly recommend.

If you are looking for a lovely villa to stay in Kalkan,look no further! Everything about it was perfect.Very spacious for a family of 4 adults, clean and very well equipped.Also well situated to get into the centre of Kalkan-you can take a gentle stroll downhill to town but Taxis are so cheap its just as easy to call a cab! Heather and David were so helpful when booking the property,and their staff in Kalkan are lovely.We highly recommend this property and know you will have a lovely time.

Amazing Family Holiday

We can highly recommend Villa adden- amazing 3 bed 3 bathroom villa with everything we needed ! Extremely clean and lots spare towels, bedding etc The outside areas were meticulously and discretely cared for daily by the pool man. The kitchen had everything we needed. The space for our family ( 21 and 18 yr olds) was perfect. Our "kids" used the X Box and watched a couple of dvd's that were there ! My husband and I enjoyed our morning coffee on the pool terrace , then night caps on the roof terrace over looking the bay. We hired a car which was helpful for a couple of little shopping trips for basics, and a day out in Kas and Saklikent Gorge, but really could manage without as there are many taxis and very cheap. If you did want to do a couple of days out (with no car ), then the Kalkan Sun Travel organised very good trips. The town is a walk down hill and takes about 15 mins depending on fitness. Taxis though are always available and we used the mobile phone what was provided by Heather to call for taxis. They arrived with 5-10 mins of a call! The town is really lovely with hundreds of really good restaurants, bars and shops. We enjoyed pre-dinner cocktails in lovely bars , then enjoyed roof top restaurants most nights. The value and quality of the food and service really is exceptional. Heather was extremely helpful from the beginning - booking transfers and car hire for us! Very communicative and informative. This was our first visit to Kalkan and it definitely won’t be our last - we are already thinking about our return to Villa Adden ! Thanks again to Heather and David for the use of your lovely home.

Villa Adden - an absolute gem of a place to stay

From the moment we booked the Villa to the end of our holiday - Heather was an absolute joy to deal with... quick responses to any queries raised - from initial enquiry, to the time of booking to arranging transfers and providing information about the resort etc. The villa itself was fantastically clean, beautifully decorated and very well equipped - a real home from home. There were ample towels available and plenty of sun shades - with lovely outside furniture. The staff employed to look after the villa were extremely helpful and the company - Sun Travel who arranged our transfers and excursions were incredibly helpful & reliable too. All in all I would thoroughly recommend Villa Adden to anyone interested in visiting Kalkan... although located high up on the hill overlooking Kalkan.. the view was amazing and the taxis to and from the town, were incredibly cheap... so the location of the villa did not cause any issues whatsoever - it was also very peaceful and due to its location we enjoyed some welcome breeze. I would note that those families with small children should be aware that there is no shallow end to the pool - but I think that is the case with both villas either side too. I am sure we will be back to Villa Adden in the future..

Modern, clean and homely villa

Very modern and clean villa it had a lovely pool which we made full use of, fantastic place to stay whether your a family or couple. Lovely location and plenty to do. Villa is equipped with all mod cons, washing machine, cooker, fridge freezer and dishwasher and even has an Xbox to use. I have already booked to go again next year. Fantastic villa

Very clean, spacious with fantastic views

I thought the property was very clean and modern as soon as I walked in. Inside and outside was very well looked after and had everything we needed during are stay. Also again the views from the pool area are amazing and even better from the top floor, highly recommend using this property if you visit Kalkan, Turkey.

Amazing

We stayed in villa Adden in June this , we can honestly say we loved the villa and the outside space and pool . The villa had everything we needed. The views from the pool area and large sun terrace was amazing . Especially enjoyed in the early evening with drinks before heading to town. The town as so much to offer so many nice restaurants ,not a bad meal in are week stay . We would like to thank heather and David for all the helpful information before traveling and arranged all our transfer. We would highly recommend this villa and definitely will not be our last visit to adden .

Perfect week in wonderful villa

It was an amazing holiday in a beautiful villa and we spent the most wonderful time in this beautiful home! Eveything was just perfect! We loved the villa with all the beautiful decorations and details and we did not miss a single thing! Heather and Dave were just so lovely and helpful before and after our travel and also the villa-team did a great job during our stay! This was definately not our last time in Kalkan and can't wait to go back to Villa Adden :-)
