A stand alone villa located in front of the beautiful turquoise water

This view including the sandy beach of Puerto Morelos is just outside your two terraces next to the living room and bedroom on the second level.

A community pool with lounge chairs and umbrellas is located just steps from your house for a change in scenery. Hammocks with palapas are also available around the pool area.

This one-bedroom fully equipped house has all you need for a relaxing vacation, you can cook inside or fire up the gas barbecue on the terrace. Enjoy dining or a morning coffee on the outside patio.

A queen size murphy bed is located on the lower level for that extra couple or person.

If cooking isn't what you want to do…there are restaurants and beach bars conveniently located just outside the complex.

If you want to stretch your legs, the downtown core is a mere 5-minute walk. The square and surrounding streets have restaurants serving different cuisines to tease your pallet.

Enjoy the view of paradise on the beaches of the Rivera Maya.

Weekly Rentals include a mid-week cleaning.

Additional cleanings can be arranged upon request.

Excellent all the way around

The property was safe and comfortable for four adults. We only used their full-sized futon in its couch position.Beach front propertywith a long gor beach to walk.The constant rock and roll beat from the bar next door could be a bit much, but heck…this is Mexico and close to the height of the season. You have to love it all!

Renter Beware! The condo was not as advertised. The owners clothes were in the closets and we could not use them. The dishwasher was filthy, the fridge was rust covered, the glasses were dusty, the shower heads and grab bars in both bathrooms were very rusty. The host, Sharon, only refunded us 1,000 - we only stayed one day out of our original one month stay. Although we had booked a year ago in July she did not have the condo cleaned and ready and never showed up to address our concerns. Two staff came by, and they agreed with us. There was no tv nor desk and chair in the bedroom as advertised, and the curtains were missing slats. All she was interested in apparently was keeping her 20% commission. There were also numerous rust stains in the condo, the Murphy bed had some too and looked bent, and the couch was old and had repairs. We just had to leave.

You were extremely unreasonable and refused to allow us to address the issues that you perceived as unsatisfactory. I sent two individuals and a cleaning person you walk away from them. VRBO determined that you departed the premises without a valid reason. In the reviews of the 14 properties I manage, it is evident that I am a responsible host and prioritize the comfort of all of our visitors. I wish you the best of success in your future endeavors.

The villa is spacious with two sleeping areas and two bathrooms. It is adequately equipped, and the host is very responsive. The large property with lawn, pool, and beach was terrific for my daughter's family of 4, with the two children. Would definitely stay here again.
