☆ EV Charger: We do offer a 220-volt outlet available at an extra cost for electric car owners, please let us know ahead of time if you will be needing this.



Need more space? Attached to the casita is a spacious 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom house that can also be rented. This option is ideal for larger groups or families who require additional room while maintaining close proximity. Ask us for the booking link. Please be aware that the main house may be rented separately during your stay in the casita. As the casita shares a wall with the main house, occasional noise from the main house and garage may be heard.

A dedicated parking spot awaits you on the left side of the driveway, providing easy access directly to your accommodation. ☆ Management: Our property is expertly managed by Rather Be Properties. We are committed to ensuring your stay is enjoyable and seamless. Our team is available daily from 9 AM to 9 PM to assist with any requests or questions. You can reach us easily through the Airbnb app, by phone, or email. We`re dedicated to making your getaway perfect! For any urgent issues after hours, we also offer a 24-hour emergency line, guaranteeing support at any time during your stay.



☆ Other Things to Note:

• The home is located in a gated community, there is a guard gate to access the neighborhood. We will need to collect all guests names and license plate numbers for easy access into and out of the community. Max of 1 car.

• Trash is taken every Monday morning.

• Our HOA is responsible for maintaining the front of our yard, if staying mid week- they could be working on the front garden but will not bother you throughout your stay.



☆ Pet-Friendly Accommodations: We welcome pets for a fee of $100 per pet, per stay. Maximum of 2 dogs, each weighing up to 50 lbs. Please note that a pet fee will be applied to cover the cleaning of pet hair. If any waste beyond hair (such as urine or feces) is found, an additional cleaning fee of $200 will be charged. Cleaning up after your pet is your responsibility, and pets should not be left unattended in the home, as barking may lead to neighbor complaints.

*Additional pet fees (plus tax) will be processed through our guest portal after your reservation is confirmed. Kindly let us know if you’ll be traveling with a pet. Thank you for your cooperation!

The Indian Palms Country Club itself, where your property is located, is a gated community that offers a plethora of amenities. The community boasts a 27-hole golf course, multiple swimming pools, tennis and pickleball courts, and a fitness center, providing guests with plenty of activities right at their doorstep. The country club also includes a restaurant and bar, offering convenient dining options within the gated community.



The surrounding area of Indio is rich in culture and history, with numerous local attractions such as the Coachella Valley History Museum, the Indio Performing Arts Center, and the Fantasy Springs Resort Casino which offers concerts, dining, and gaming. For outdoor enthusiasts, the proximity to places like the Joshua Tree National Park, which is about an hour`s drive away, offers opportunities for hiking, rock climbing, and exploring the stunning desert landscape.

☆ Public Transportation: SunLine Transit Agency operates the public bus service in Indio and the greater Coachella Valley. It offers routes connecting Indio to other cities in the valley, including Palm Springs, Palm Desert, and Cathedral City. This service is useful for guests who might not have access to a car and need to visit neighboring towns.
