Beautiful apartment of high standard in Flat Veredas do Rio Quente, for up to 5 people, fully equipped, allowed to cook, the most complete of the Veredas, without the afternoon sun or the noise of the pools!


The apartment has one bedroom (suite), two full bathrooms with hair dryers, living room, kitchen and balcony, a queen size bed plus a single mattress in the bedroom, a double sofa bed in the living room. Equipped with safe, air conditioning in room, 2 LCD TVs (living room and bedroom), fridge, microwave, cooktop, electric barbecue on balcony, fan in living room, table with chairs, furnished and equipped with kitchenware - the most complete of the veredas with cups / mugs, plates, pans, cutlery, grill sandwich maker, electric barbecue, blender, caipirinha kit, floor clothesline, can / wine opener, pasta colander and coffee colander.

The Flat Hotel has 6 heated swimming pools plus 2 whirlpools, waterslide and slide, sauna, playground, grass soccer court, squash court, gym, cinema, games room, free parking space, baby care equipped, convention hall and is just 300 meters from Hot Park / Pousada do Rio Quente, enough to walk and save on parking. Daily housekeeping and cleaning included in the price.

Piscinas, sauna, restaurante etc, tudo perfeito. Ressalva quanto ao apto., sujo quando chegamos, pintura muito ruim, o que causa má impressão. Camas desgastadas e desconfortáveis. Com pequeno investimento, ficaria melhor !

Bom custo benefício!

Acredito ser uma boa opção para quem quer passar os dias nos parques, valor compensa em muito em relação aos hotéis da rede do park. Acredito que o apartamento com pequenos cuidados poderia receber facilmente 5 estrelas, como manutenção da pintura das paredes, que estão muito riscadas e alguns armários que estão com laterais estufadas. Apesar de estar descrito que se deve levar tudo, acredito que tapetes nos banheiros é muito básico para não ter e itens simples como material mínimo para lavar louça também. A limpeza pode ser mais detalhista, ao abrir o sofá cama tinha tampa de água e grãos de arroz o que causa uma primeira má impressão. Foi minha primeira vez no condomínio, mas outros hóspedes que não estavam na primeira visita reclamaram que a estrutura está um pouco descuidada, as piscinas estavam praticamente frias, principalmente se compararmos as do park. O restaurante do hotel tem opções a preços interessantes, bem que por a localização ser ótima a uma pequena caminhada existe inúmeras opções para todos os gostos. De maneira geral recomendo, principalmente se pretende, como eu, passar os dias inteiros no hotpark. Peguei ingressos de acesso por 3 dias e foi bem compensador. Já fiquei em outra ocasião no Giardino, que é em frente e é da rede, não me arrependo desta opção de ficar no flat, me diverti igualmente, consegui levar a babá e gastei a metade do valor. Obrigado ao anunciante.

Apartamento ótimo, mas complexo com muitos problemas

Bom dia, O proprietário é muito atencioso e seu apartamento bem cuidado. Mas o complexo está muito mal administrado. Piscinas sujas, uma interditada por 3 dias para limpeza, que não foi feita. O parque aquático para crianças só é ligado se você ficar no pé dos funcionários, mesmo assim tiveram dois dias que o funcionário simplesmente foi embora e o parque ficou fechado. As crianças ficaram bem chateadas e sem atividade. A escada que sobe para o toboágua está enferrujada, um grande risco para as crianças. A sauna não está funcionando. Tive informações de outros hóspedes que já haviam se hospedado outras vezes lá de que o complexo era muito bom em tempos pretéritos, mas atualmente está muito mal administrado.

Apartamento com boa infraestrutura para acomodar até 3 adultos e uma criança. Com dois banheiros, isso é muito bom! O serviço de hotelaria que deixou um pouco a desejar, piscinas não estavam aquecendo muito bem, praticamente frias. O Sr. Marcelo muito atencioso e honesto.

O apto encontra-se em muito bom estado de conservação. A cozinha é bem completa, tendo todos os utensílios necessários. A sugestão é a instalação de um ventilador ou aparelho de ar condicionado na sala. Importante informar aos hóspedes que a roupa de cama deve ser para cama de casal tamanho King size, pois levamos para camas de tamanho normal que acabaram não servindo. Havia uma piscina em manutenção, mas isso não atrapalhou em nada, já que o flat não estava lotado em função de se tratar de um final de semana comum, ou seja, sem feriados.

Estive hospedada nesse Flat, td novinho, bem confortável e a estrutura do Hotel MARAVILHOSA piscinas aquecidas, toboáguas, sauna e com toda infraestrutura. Amei o café da manhã do hotel é muito bom. Super recomendo
