About this property

Family-friendly home. Close to stadium & downtown. Great neighborhood!

We are.....PSU Alumni who are excited to share our home with you.
We also have football season tickets. Please inquire if interested. They do not come as part of the rental.
ONLY 3 miles to Beaver Stadium and ONLY 3 miles to downtown State College ($15 Uber ride)!
There's no better feeling than arriving to the house knowing that tailgating for football games or taking a stroll on College Ave. are just minutes away.
ENTIRE house has been recently updated with NEW kitchen, bathrooms, furniture, beds, etc. This home will have you feeling both relaxed and energized for any type of event or vacation.
This ranch style home, in a quiet and beautiful neighborhood, has all new beds and bedding. There are two bedrooms with queen beds on the upper level. One is a master bedroom/bathroom with a queen bed and bunk bed set. The other is a bedroom adjacent to the common bathroom. Kitchen and main room with 55" HDTV are also on the upper level. Deck off the kitchen with a grill and seating. The lower level has a great room with a table and chairs for eating or playing games and a pull-out sofa bed (plenty of seating to watch the 50" HDTV). The large downstairs bedroom has a queen bed with doors to the backyard. There are also doors off the great room to the outside patio with seating. Backyard has tire swing and tether ball.
We LOVE our home and are excited to share it with you! We will be happy to answer any questions as our goal is to make your stay feel like your home away from home!

We are Penn State alumni! We have two high school-aged daughters who are already counting the days until they can enroll at Dear Old State!

Why they chose this property

We wanted to have a home to be able to come back and enjoy the PSU experience with our daughters. We hope you will have a wonderful experience and create your own memories of State College like we have. Whether your trip includes a football game, graduation, festival, or just a little R&R away from the everyday craziness, this "home away from home" will truly be an enjoyable experience. Every time we visit, we know we are minutes away from eating downtown or tailgating at a game. That is the greatest feeling!

What makes this property unique

We are 3 miles from downtown State College and about the same distance from Beaver Stadium and the Bryce Jordan Center. The Nittany Mall is also 2 miles away. Basically, a 10-15 minute drive will get you to just about anywhere you need to go!
Our house is close enough to the action, but in a quiet area for you and your family to relax. We have some games and a swing set for the kids, a deck for the adults, and a basement for everyone!
There is wi-fi Internet as well as Xfinity cable TV one of the rooms.
We pride ourselves on keeping the home well maintained and clean for our guests.
