The host was very welcoming and helpful with all my needs. Very good amenities. The only improvement i would suggest is faster internet speed. The internet connections were relatively slow.

February getaway

The unit was clean and stocked. The beds seemed new and were very comfortable with ample pillows. The location of the unit was convenient, being right on the ocean. There’s a Denny’s right across the street as well as a Walgreens, Publix, dollar tree and a pizza shop (Aria ). There was ample parking. The only downfall of the unit was that the balconies were not very private since there are no dividers between the units

Demolition needed

The advertisement for this place was emphasized “under construction”. No pools, but we had heard from neighbors that this place hasn’t had pools for several years now. There is no direct entrance from the building to the beach! You have to park across the street behind some stores and walk back with no lights. It seems very dangerous. One of our closets had mold around the baseboards.The building itself is a wreck. One BIG thing was they automatically ran 200.for a security deposit without authorization. Renata, was very irritated with us when we had questions, she just would not reply. Would I stay there again, NO. We made it work but the place doesn’t look like the pictures.

Diane stayed with us from April 9-13th. There was construction work ongoing while she was onsite - the 5th floor roof was being worked on and the elevator modernization was underway. We clearly state in our description - no pools and beach access thru the north access road - the pool deck is in a current state of disrepair due to 2022 hurricanes - no one is allowed on the pool deck. We had several conversations on the day of arrival - Diane had indicated that she was not receiving check in instructions. We could clearly see that email was being delivered and opened. We did have 4 conversations about her emails and check in instructions on the day of arrival. I answered all phone calls and all questions were answered. This room was purchased in November 2024, the pictures were taken in the room and are about 4 months old and no changes have been made. The room is big - bright and beautiful - there is there is no mold anywhere in the room. The security deposit is clearly noted in our advertisement.

Please please don’t book here upon my arrival I didn’t receive a door code so me and my family had to wait outside the door for a hour it started raining all our stuff got wet tried contacting host no answer but she texted and gave a code for the door it didn’t work had to wait for a housekeeper to come from home to place us in another room we got there and it was food left in the refrigerator the shower was dirty along with shower curtain I didn’t get my 200 deposit back cuz she said it seems I smoked in the room but I don’t smoke neither does my family members I had to get my lawyer involved please don’t book here save the drama book else where please

We emailed April the door code prior to her arrival. I was on a conference call when she contacted me about an issue with opening the door - I texted her several times and sent our housekeeper to assist. The guest had to wait about 30 minutes - when housekeeper arrived - it was determined the touch pad lock was faulty. We apologized and moved April to a larger unit. On check out it was determined that guest smoked in unit - we did not keep her security deposit -it was released 2 days after her departure. Also - the refrigerator had a full bottle of ketchup. The guest never made us aware of any cleanliness issues - or we would have sent the housekeeper back there. BEWARE - the guest did smoke in the unit.

Great place. Great view. Condo is under construction from a hurricane. That didn’t affect our stay any.
