$200 charge for any sort of smoking, e-cigarettes or vaping in the property. Please be respectful of neighbors. Please wash and put away your dishes before checking out.
This property does not allow pets, only service animals will be accepted with proper documentation which has to be received at least 7 days before the check-in date.
Guests will be charged full reservation price at the time of completing the reservation. In case the reservation is canceled before the cancellation period per the listing policy, the guest will receive a full refund minus a 5% processing fee.
Guests are subject to completing a guest verification 7 days prior to arrival using a link provided by the host.
