THE SPACE:

This one story flat has been fully renovated and is bright, light, contemporary, and clean! Plants, books, sheepskin, and a toasty electric fireplace, make it feel like home. The open layout has living/kitchen/dining in one beautifully designed space. The kitchen is contained within a big island, with storage on both sides provisioned with baking supplies and a few food staples. A cozy bedroom, separated from the main space by a heavy velvet curtain, has a luxe king sized bed, a dresser and closet, and a wall mounted TV. The second bedroom, with a luxe queen, has a door to the exterior, and offers total privacy from the front room. The bathrooms each have private toilet rooms separated by a sliding door. The front bath has a generous shower with two shower heads. Ample towels, a hairdryer, shampoo, conditioner, and soaps are provided.



This is a private condo with a private entry landing off of Pacific Avenue, so no creepy hallways or dark alleys.

The unit has a private covered parking spot located in the Lulu City garage. 

The pool and hot tub are available for use and accessible by a key fob. There’s a firepit, BBQ, and some tables and seating out by the pool that you’re welcome to use!
