Design district 3 bedrooms 1 regular bathroom and a Luxury master bath with jacuzzi tub. 5 minutes from downtown and South beach, located in the Buena Vista historical district and design district beautiful deck, fireplace, 2 blocks from a small community park with gated parking, with private driveway. Best block in this calm community. Perfect for a family vacation, minutes from downtown, wireless Internet access provided. Blocks down the street from Wynwood and Miami Design District. A eight minute drive to South Beach, walking distance to the design district with high end shops, plenty of restaurants and large shopping center. 10 minutes from Miami International Airport. Property was just renovated with new everything, all beds are adjustable and comfortable. Please no smoking inside of the house, you will be asked to leave. Washer and dryer and plenty of towels and pillows.
