Our freshly updated top floor 3BR, 3BA Smith Mountain Lake waterfront condo has an extremely functional layout for a getaway or gathering with family and friends. Convenient elevator to take you to the third floor Penthouse.
The space is designed for comfort and offers luxury finishes throughout.
When you’re not taking in the panoramic water views a stunning sunrise or breathtaking sunset, there is a new Samsung Smart HDTV mounted in each bedroom and the great room.
The main level features an open floor plan with soaring ceilings and one-of-a-kind built ins in the great room. There is a generous dining space and a well-equipped new kitchen with stainless appliances, beverage cooler, stunning quartzite counters and imported tile backsplash. Sliding doors lead onto either a screened porch or spacious patio.
Two bedrooms (1 with King, 1 with Queen and bunk bed) and 2 full bathrooms (1 ensuite w/ tile shower, 1 hall with tub/shower) and a full size laundry center complete the layout.
There is an upstairs suite (King bed) with a sliding door to a balcony and ensuite bath (tub/shower). A charming bonus lounge space of the bedroom is equipped with Samsung Smart HDTV, 2 futons and a Murphy bed.

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
When checking out tomorrow, set thermostat back to the original temperature, close the bedroom door on 2nd floor. Turn off the lights, close the door leading into the upper bedroom & lock the doors
Quiet hours between 10 pm & 8 am. Drop off your trash at the Scruggs Road convenience center. You will pass it on your left-hand side once you reach Scruggs Road. GPS location: 2765 Lovely Valley Rd.
Boats may not be left docked overnight Boat trailers may not be stored at the complex. A storage facility is available nearby. I hope you had a wonderful time!

Our family of 4 thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Plenty of space for spreading out. It was obvious that remodel updates had been done recently. We enjoyed time in the lake and when we reached out about the unit only having 2 beach towels, the owners promptly replied they had ordered more to be delivered to the unit during our stay. If we have opportunity to return to the area, we would definitely stay here again.

Stay was great, location was perfect and home is beautiful. Only draw back was we didn’t know we needed to drive our garbage ( in our brand new car) a few miles away to dispose of when leaving. We left early and place was closed so we traveled further with it to find a dumpster at a gas station. Other than that the stay was perfect and Patty is wonderful.

Family gathering

The condo was spacious and well-equipped. Each of the three bedrooms had its own bath, two en suite and the third across the hall. The information binder was very helpful and the hosts were friendly and willing to answer questions before and during our stay. A boat rental is a short drive away and I recommend a “boat day” visiting the inlets along the lake. A large grocery store is also only a 10-minute drive.
