A fully furnished, spacious apartment that will take you back to the prohibition-era in Britain (20s-30s).
Located in a peaceful area, yet few minutes away from the town centre and main hospital.
A parking spot is available. The flat has an elevator that you can easily use to access the chic apartment on the second floor.
For use two big bedrooms with a cradle, a spacious bathroom, a vast living room with a kitchen, and a long terrace with a breathtaking view.
A parking spot is available in the building basement if needed. In less than 5 minutes by car, you can easily get to the city centre (Corso Umberto I, Piazza Europa, Piazza Padre Pio) and to Casa Sollievo della Sofferenza hospital. A to-pay gym and large supermarket are next to the house, reachable on foot.

Het appartement was perfect, precies zoals op de foto's te zien is. Bij aankomst heel schoon. Heel ruim, lift aanwezig. Uitstekende keuken.De gastheren en moeder waren altijd bereikbaar voor hulp. Er was een probleem met het licht maar binnen 10 minuten was er iemand om het op te lossen. Appartement is goed gelegen, je kunt te voet naar het centrum van San Giovanni. Sommige straten naar de kerk zijn best steil.
