In the pool house, there is a cr and a shower for incoming guests, and there are 5 coconut trees and other different nice plants. In the main house, there are 3 big bedrooms , and 2 bedrooms in the maids house.. Both of the bedroom in the maids house have an A/C . This property is situated in a quiet area of Lapu lapu City.You have the local market within walking distance (15 minutes), and if you want to go to the Gaisano Mall ,you can take a tricycle trip of 5-10 minutes. Its a quiet place with a Finnish and a Japanese neighbor and lots of fresh airRight outside the compound you can catch a ride with a tricycle if you want to go to Gaisano Mall or just to the local market. There are 2 beach resorts in an area of 20-25 minutes walk, where you can enjoy good food and nice beaches with crystal clear water. We also arrange island hopping and other various water activities like jetski,parasailing etc. 7 minutes with a tricyckle can take you to Plantation Bay Spa and Resort with lots of activities for all the family.
