Great property in an excellent location! Everything was exactly as advertised, with plenty of room for our group and a well-equipped kitchen. The outdoor space was perfect for relaxing in the evenings, and the proximity to Uptown made it easy to get wherever we needed to go. The home met all our needs, and we had a wonderful stay. Thanks for being such great hosts!

Sarah has a wonderful home away from home. We were down for a wedding for family. The house was very clean, and comfortable. We were able to make homemade dinners with all the dishes that were here. We had the best time. The beds were wonderful and the property was so nice and comfortable. We world absolutely stay with Sarah again if we are ever down in the area.

Everything was so great! I made a mistake with our booking and had booked checkout a day early, but Sarah was so wonderful and helped me figure it out. The place had everything we needed and plenty of towels which is always a plus. It was close to everything we wanted to do. Would definitely stay here again!

The house is absolutely beautiful. It is well stocked and was a great spot for our out of town conference. It was only 10 minutes from the Charlotte Convention Center and was in a nice neighborhood to take a walk in. We were able to use the solo stove and grill on the back porch. The beds and bedding were very comfortable and the downstairs shower is amazing! Lots of space for all of us to spread out and have our own privacy. Lots of little sweet touches.

Our stay was in April of 2026. The property looks reasonably like the photos. The area is perhaps not the most attractive but I could have overlooked that. What I cannot overlook is the significant roach infestation that we encountered. When the owner was informed of the situation and asked to address it, she tried to brush them off as the occasional "Palmetto Bug" and became accusatory calling me a "scammer" despite the house having roach traps crammed into virtually every nook and cranny. If you enjoy waking up to scattering roaches that spent the night who-knows-where (your food?), this is your ideal rental. If not, look elsewhere.

Family Holiday Retreat

The property was fabulous for our family Christmas getaway. The hosts were very communicative and attentive to our needs. They made sure to give updates as needed. The kitchen was well equipped with whatever cooking appliances that you would have at your own home. The rooms were spacious and well appointed. We were a party of 8 adults and no point did we feel crowded or cramp. Our host even put a Christmas tree for us which was a pleasant surprise and lent itself to whole holiday spirit. Location was central to everything you could think of engaging in. The location was so ideal that we could run out and purchase last minute gifts. The common area was perfect and afforded us the ability to congregate nicely and spend time with each other. This property is a 5 star experience.
