This was a great place to stay. Quiet, great location for exploring Sabino Canyon, and right on the bike loop. The unit was comfortable and had everything we needed for a great stay.

We had a fantastic stay at this wonderful quiet and spotlessly clean condo. Great amenities and a great location, right on river walk trail and walking distance to St. Philips plaza for a variety of lovely restaurants, bars and coffee shops. Our host Vanessa provided excellent details in advance and for check in. Would highly recommend for any stay in Tucson

This was a wonderful condo which was nicely decorated with southwest art. The condo is spacious, close to shopping and restaurants, as well as hiking and other outdoors activities. A great place to stay, I would stay there again.

The purpose of my trip was to get some sun and explore nature. The place was so comfortable and very well designed and organized. Great location next to many restaurants and shopping. Highly recommend!

We loved staying here!

This condo was so inviting! Very clean, well furnished and great daylight. The condo pool was clean though we didn’t swim as it was too cool. Great location in a nice area of town. A walking/running/biking trail that goes around Tucson is right outside the condo. It’s a short walk to a nice shopping plaza. Communication with the manager was easy. Highly recommend this property!

Upon arrival I thought I walked into the wrong condo. The were used sponges on the sink with a 1/2 full bottle of dish soap and then I open the refrigerator. The refrigerator had an old dingy kids lunch box, large bottle of water, open peanut butter, jelly and several condiments and didn't look clean. The stove, oven and sink also didn't look clean. The washer had unwashed cleaning towels inside. I called Vanessa and she responded right away that her cleaning accidentally left the lunch box and apologized and said the cleaners should have done a better job. She offered a late check out or to extend a night . I could not do either, I had an early flight. So she than offered a free night at this condo the next time I am in town. Unfortunately I won't stay there again not only because of the cleaning issue but the primary bedroom window does not have blinds it only has sheer off white curtains covering the window. You can not tell this by the photos in the ad. The ac temperature keep going back to 88 every time I left even when I had it set at 70(which is what I keep my home) . There are plenty of other condo to choose from in this complex. I have stayed in several without any issues.

I apologize again that the cleaning of the kitchen was not up to your standards and I have addressed everything you mentioned with my cleaning team. We will absolutely do better next time. In terms of your preferences regarding the curtain in the primary bedroom and the energy saving mode of the thermostat I appreciate this input because I will now make sure that all future guests are aware of these features.
