The location was great and the apartment had everything we needed! Not sure how we missed it in the photos, but the apartment has a huge beautiful bay window. We particularly appreciated the very comfortable living room furniture. It was quiet and peaceful even in the middle of town. Very communicative and helpful host. Highly recommend this spot as a very affordable option.
Communication was good and the place was clean and cozy. The apartment is on the 3rd floor up a couple flights of stairs. The heat worked well and the kitchen had a decent amount of amenities. It’s located right in downtown Geneva which was super convenient. I would stay here again.
Nice place in a great location right in town. Easy walking distance to the lake. The apartment was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Check-in and checkout was easy. Great place to stay.
Exactly as pictured! Walkable to everything downtown. Absolutely loved hiking wine tasting during the day and then walking to delicious dinners cocktail bars at night. Would absolutely come back
Great property, within walking distance of lots of great restaurants and of course the lake front. Host was friendly and communicative. Would definitely stay again!
Very comfortable and included all modern amenities. Very central location for walking all around town and ample parking next door. Great experience. Thank you!!!
Very clean and bright space, gracious and accommodating host, great communication with host. Convenient parking. Homey cafe next door.

Liked: Check-in, communication, location
I did not receive check-in information until I called the manager at 4 pm on the day of check-in. She did say that she thought she had sent them, but in checking back , she noticed they had not been delivered . The manager noted , “don’t mind the stairs, we are renovating.” The stairs were steep and dirty/unswept. The whole entry way and staircase was unappealing and challenging to climb and descend. The railings were difficult to grip because they were attached too close to the wall. The listing shows pictures of a cool, popular cafe downstairs from the rental unit. We had planned on eating there, as we knew we wouldn’t have much time before we left in the morning to go elsewhere. When we arrived, it was an empty storefront front with brown paper covered windows. In fairness, the unit was definitely clean & appropriately appointed. The parking was ample and the location was very convenient. I believe the owner intended on communicating promptly. But we decided not to stay the night because we were still turned off by the hallway/stairs experience. We returned home instead since it was under 2 hrs away.
We stayed in Geneva for a wedding and this apartment was perfect! It was clean, bright and more spacious than expected. Everything was within walking distance: park with a lake view, restaurants, bars etc. Check in was easy and there was plenty of parking. The host was friendly and quick to respond. We visited Captain’s Cafe, right next door, each morning. The food was fantastic!! (See pics) Thanks Jennifer, for making our trip seamless!
Place was immaculate and had all essentials for an overnight stay.Host was responsive to questions. Cafe next door downstairs had a great breakfastWould stay again
The location and accommodations were good, but the host was performing loud renovations on the floor underneath us. It made sleeping past 7am impossible.
The space was good. Bathroom is poorly lit, no hairdryer, marginally clean. Kitchen was nice and clean. Wish they had regular coffee selection versus all flavors. The coffee shop downstairs was closed while we were there. AC is a mini split that cools the living area well but not bedroom. It just needs some attention to detail and would be great.
Clean and great size. AC unit in living room only, so thankfully we were there when nights were cool so leaving the door open to the bedroom was sufficient for sleeping. Very minimal linens—2 bath towels, 2 washcloths, 1 hand towel, mini hotel soap, 1.25 rolls of toilet paper and 2 kitchen dishcloths. One set of sheets on bed with comforter. No blanket/throw or additional linens. Not much of an issue unless we stayed another day since the unit has no washer/dryer. No hairdryer. i messaged the host asking about it and a cooking pan. She said it was not listed as an amenity. I honestly don’t check for that in a listing bc very rarely is it not at a hotel/rental. She thought there were 2 pans and asked me to let her know. I sent her a list of all cooking items and she never acknowledged the response. There is a 1-qt pot, a pizza pan, cookie sheet, glass baking dish, 3 colanders, and a large pot with handles. So baking would not be an issue (although no mixing bowls) but stove items not as easily. Water pressure was not good at night but was fine in the morning. Had to run it a while to get warm—“hot-ish.”
