Apartment Ivana is located on the foot of a mountain in the northern part of Istria. Mountain paths, hiking trails, bicycle trails, climbing spots and paragliding runway are all within a few minutes from the house!
Private parking is ensured on the property. The apartment is located on the ground floor, and is accessible to disabled.
The interior is new, modern and beautifully decorated. There are two quiet bedrooms, two bathrooms, a spacious and sunny living room with a
comfy sofa and a well equipped kitchen.
The area is peaceful, there are many good restaurants all around, and the scenery of the northern part of Istria is spectacular.
Many medieval towns are built on tops of hills and almost all are a true delight to visit.
Within 35 minutes you can reach many of the beautiful beaches in Istria.

Bellissima esperienza

Ivana e sua sorella sono state disponibili, gentili e dolcissime. Ci hanno fatto trovare una casa bellissima, ben arredata e dotata di ogni confort che potessimo desiderare/necessitare. All'arrivo ci hanno accolti con loro prodotti e una sera ci hanno addirittura preparato delle deliziose crepes! Assolutamente consigliato!

Schöne Unterkunft und freundliche Gastgeberin

Die Unterkunft ist wie im Inserat beschrieben und die Gastgeberin ist sehr freundlich und antwortet immer sehr schnell. Im Dorf hat es einen kleinen Supermarkt, in welchem man alles für den täglichen Bedarf findet. Sehr zu empfehlen!

Fantastisch verblijf

Heel comfortabel appartement op de benedenverdieping! Het is nog mooier dan de foto's doen vermoeden. Enig minpuntje: 's morgens en 's avonds is er wel veel doorgaand verkeer. Het is ideaal gelegen om de hele streek te verkennen. De eigenaars zijn heel sympathiek!! Bij aankomst stonden een fles wijn, een schaal met fruit en koekjes klaar. De laatste avond verraste de gastvrouw ons met heerlijke, zelfgebakken pannenkoeken. Toen de TV niet werkte, brachten zij zomaar hun laptop. De dochter gaf ons een rondleiding in het dorp en de kerken, en gaf ons heel wat tips over de streek. In één woord: een aanrader!

Schöne Wohnung außerhalb der Touristenhochburgen

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet. Nichts ist verbraucht oder veraltet. Es fehlte an nichts: Mikrowelle, Kaffeemaschine, Föhn, Waschmaschine, ausreichend Handtücher, Wäscheständer, alles vorhanden. Die liebevollen Gastgeber haben unseren Aufenthalt mit selbstgemachter Marmelade und Eiern, sowie einem sehr leckerem Dinner, versüßt. Das Apartment liegt in einem kleinen Dorf, an einer nicht stark befahrenen Durchgangsstraße. Den Lärm von den Autos hört man allerdings recht stark in der Wohnung. Sehr gut gefallen hat uns außerdem die zur Verfügung gestellte Garage, sowie der TV mit Internetanschluss, sodass man auch mal mit einem Video auf Youtube den Abend ausklingen lassen konnte. Wir haben das Apartment zu zweit gebucht, es ist aber definitiv für vier Gäste geeignet. Insgesamt können wir das Apartment weiterempfehlen.

Traumhaft schön und sehr gepflegt.

Wir haben die Zeit hier sehr genossen und werden sicher wieder kommen. Die Ferienwohnung ist in einem modernen und sehr gepflegten Zustand. Die Umgebung lädt zum Wandern, Biken und Roc selbst kulturell, historisch und dank freundlicher Einwohner zum Erkunden ein. Das Meer ist in Richtung Novigrad super erreichbar (30 Minuten). Die Vermieter sind sehr herzlich, aufmerksam und freundlich. Wir wurden mit saisonal heimischen Früchten und Gemüse versorgt. Vielen Dank dafür!!! Bis zum nächsten Mal.

Schöne Wohnung mit sehr netten Vermietern

Wir waren nun schon das zweite Mal bei Familie Bursic zu Gast und hoffen, es auch bald ein drittes Mal zu werden. Jedem, der mal nicht den üblichen Hitze-Strand-Urlaub haben will, sei Roc und dies Appartement als Basis zu empfehlen. Die Wohnung ist groß geschnitten und bietet genügend Raum, um sich auch mal aus dem Weg zu gehen. Die beiden Bäder sind optimal, die Terrasse abends super.

Just perfect!

We were staying at Ivana‘s appartment for 10 days and this was a really perfect holiday for us. We were two families each with a very young kid. Right next tonthe house there is playground and there are many advertising opportunities in the village (chickens, dogs, cats and lots of green areas). Ivana’s family was extremely nice. We enjoyed a lot there warm hospitality. Thank you so much for the wonderful time we spent at your house with you! In the house you’d find anything you need. If you come for climbing, the Kompanj crag is just a few driving minutes away. Really good, solid rock of best quality. The Buzet canyon is not far away neither. The drive to the see towards Rijeka is nice, all highway. I can highly reccomd this place and will certainly come back.

Sehr gut eingerichtet, sehr sauber, sehr freundliche Gastgeber. Liegt an der Dorfstrasse mit etwas Durchgangsverkehr . Das Dorf Roč und die Umgebung sind einmalig. Wir empfehlen eine Zugreise nach Pula.

Sehr komfortable Wohnung, supernette Gastgeber

Als wie bei der Buchung die wenigen aber sehr guten Bewertungen las, waren wir schon ein wenig beunruhigt, ob das vielleicht Fake-Einträge sind. Aber nein: Die Unterkunft ist sehr geräumig, sehr modern und hell eingerichtet. Zwei Schlafzimmer, zwei Badezimmer, praktisch drei Wohnzimmer (Eingangsbereich, überdachte ganztägig schattige Terrasse, Wintergarten), (fast) perfekt eingerichtete Küche; wenn etwas fehlte wurde es umgehend ergänzt. Die Klimaanlage haben wir abends/nachts ebenfalls sehr geschätzt, die Tagestemperaturen lagen während unseres Urlaubs ja doch immer so zwischen 33 und 39 Grad-Celsius. Die freundlichen - ja herzlichen - Gastgeber hatten die Wohnung mit frischen Blumen und selbstgemachter Marmelade ausgestattet, ebenso waren bei unserer Anreise Kaffee sowie eine Grundaussstattung an Lebensmitteln vorhanden (Nudeln, Salz, Pfeffer, Öl, ....), was wir bisher selten in Ferienwohnungen erlebt haben. Und immer wieder während unseres 19-tägigen Aufenthalts wurden wir von Familie Bursic mit frischem Gemüse aus dem eigenen Garten versorgt. Wir wären gerne länger geblieben, aber zu Hause rief dann doch wieder die Arbeit. Wir kommen gerne wieder hierher. Diese Ferienwohnung können wir ohne jede Einschränkung empfehlen!

Moderna, accogliente e molto pulita

Abbiamo soggiornato qui per un weekend. Casa moderna, ben arredata, fornita di tutto il necessario. La posizione è molto comoda a tutta l'Istria, facile da raggiungere dall'Italia e strategia per l'intera regione. Proprietari straordinari, accoglienza fantastica: arrivati in tarda serata, la proprietaria ci ha fatto trovare una piccola cena di benvenuto. Super!

Sehr erholsam und tolle aufmerksame Vermieter

Die Wohnung ist sehr neu ausgestattet. Ein herzlicher Empfang von den Vermietern und sehr tolle Gastgeber. Handtuchwechsel während unseres Aufenthalts permanent gewechselt, tolles Abendsessen wurde uns zubereitet und unsere Wünsche vollends erfüllt. Die Umgegend sehr nett und kleiner Supermarkt in 100 Meter Entfernung. In Roc haben wir auch ein sehr nettes Restaurant gefunden, auch hier eine sehr gute Küche mit lecker einheimischen Gerichten. Zum nächst gelegen Strand ca. 45 Fahrminuten. Rundum können wir die Wohnung empfehlen, wer es abgeschieden mag und den Strand nicht unmittelbar vor der Tür benötigt.
