Semi-rustic, beautifully appointed 40 acre property on the border of Massachusetts and Vermont. 30 minutes from major ski areas. 2 miles of private trails, river access, outdoor hottub, wood fired sauna and 3 hole golf course.
This listing is for the main house with 4 bedrooms, 2.5 private bathrooms, lounge areas, and a catering kitchen with dining room. Private access to sauna/ hottub. Separate game room with ping pong, air hockey, board games, dart board and billards. This is for a maximum of 10 guests. There are additional cabins on the property that can be rented separately.
