Renters also have full use of the property, which features four-stall women's and men's shower rooms, gas grills, picnic tables, and a private inner courtyard with dining tables, umbrellas, and lounge chairs. The grounds are beautifully landscaped and maintained, providing a pleasant atmosphere for relaxation and conversation. Renters are required to bring their own bath and kitchen towels and sheets for a queen bed and two twin beds. Mattress pads, pillows, and blankets are supplied.
