Wonderful property! This was our second stay here and we really enjoyed our stay. The water pressure in the shower was a little low, but other than that everything was so cute.

Everything was very clean. It was a spacious rental with plenty of room for my family of 4 and the kids loved the car theme. Close to rend lake's North Marcum Beach which is very family/kid friendly. There are stairs up to the apartment if that is a concern for anyone, but we had a blast!

Location was perfect for what we needed. 10 mins from Rend Lake and a few minutes from downtown Benton. My only complaints if I had one would be that the Air conditioner was on the louder side when running and the beds were on the smaller size. But I wasn’t there to sleep and relax I was there for an archery event. But overall the place was perfect for what we needed. It was spacious, clean nice to stretch out instead of being in a hotel room. Would rent from again!!

Great Stay!

We used this vrbo twice in one week during our travels to and from our destination and it was great! Very clean and the host was incredibly responsive and helpful to all my questions and went above and beyond sending me special weather updates as we were arriving around the time of some severe inclement weather.

We had a great stay with a lot of room for the family. It was clean and quiet, but had all of the conveniences you would need nearby. The apartment had a fun theme and was decorated nicely. The place was well equipped with a cute coffee bar and anything you would need in the kitchen. Communication was great with our host. The entry stairs would be a lot for some. If you have someone with limited mobility, I recommend booking the apartment downstairs for those who need a lower entrance. If not, this apartment is really worth it. Would definitely book again if needed.

Amazing host - very responsive and thoughtful. Fabulous and fun accommodation. Great attention to detail for amenities, necessities, comfort, cleanliness. Love the Route 66 theme. Host thought of everything. Games, extra blankets, kitchen gear. Will absolutely stay here again.

I would have given 5 stars, however, we were surprised when we opened the door and were met with steep stairs. If a handicapped person thought as we did that it was a two story apartment with rooms upstairs also they would not have been able to use it. The only place we saw stairs was in the pictures, no where was it mentioned it was an upstairs apartment. I suggest you change the listing to say Charming Upstairs Two Bedroom Apartment. The apartment was cute and very clean. It is great if you are able to take the stairs. My sister has trouble with her hips which left me to carry everything up and down the stairs. Overall we were satisfied with our stay.

Quite and relaxing

Booked for a kid free night away from home, the property was easy to find and very relaxing. The apartment is large and furniture was very comfy. The giant massage recliner was an amazing feature! We had a fire and relaxed outside, definitely no complaints about the booking.

Loved it!

We stayed to have a small Christmas party! We had plenty of space and places for people to sleep. It unfortunately rained while we was there but they offered to have a little fire. When i had to reach out the host was amazing at getting back to me.

Amazing!!!

My family and I had amazing stay with Kellie. Her place is in a very safe and quiet area. She helped me out a lot when I was in need due to the snow storm that came through. I appreciate everything she did for me to make sure I was comfortable and safe. Thx so much Kellie to u and ur boyfriend. If you’re in the area and need a place to stay don’t pass this one up u won’t be disappointed.

Kellie is amazing!!

I will definitely stay with Kellie again if she will have me. She has been nothing but amazing. She has continued to check on my son and I even after we left her home due to the storm. I’ve never had anyone be this nice to me. If ur looking for a place to feel welcomed like family stay here u wont be disappointed her and her boyfriend are amazing.
