On the edge of a small village Filipana in southern part of Istria (18 km from Pula), you will find Villa Oliveta, set in 23,000 square meters of private land between olive trees, grasslands and wineyard. The villa is newly built and combines traditional Istrian style with modern facilities. Designed respecting the authentic local architecture with wood and stone as predominantly used building materials, the house perfectly fits within the surrounding countryside.
Outside there is a spacious covered terrace with dining table and barbecue which provides plenty of shade during the day, while in the evening it offers an enjoyable experience of al fresco dinning with a view to the beautifully illuminated pool and olive trees.
The interior has been decorated with lots of love and attention to details, creating a very special atmosphere. Stone walls and wooden ceilings give the house plenty of warmth and character. With 285 square meters of space, 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, the villa provides maximum comfort to its guests.
