Beautiful Marigot Bay

Beautiful views from this villa. Very comfortable for two adults. Loved the garden on the property, and it attracted many hummingbirds. Owner and staff were very friendly and accommodating. Close to several restaurants. I highly recommend this place for your stay in beautiful St. Lucia!

Spectacular Caribbean seaside Villa

Beautiful, clean, affordable property with exceptional ocean views. We loved the views and spent most of our time on the expansive covered balcony. AC and WiFi worked well. The hosts were very friendly and responsive. A few negatives: the roads getting there are in terrible shape. We did point out to the owner that the Vrbo add stated there was a washer/dryer in the unit and there is not (there is laundry service avail onsite for 10 per load, which we did not use). Another disappointment is that there are no restaurants within walking distance. Marigot Bay is nearby but not walkable and because driving is so treacherous on many parts of the island, we didn’t dare go after dark. The closest grocery store is 20 minutes away. Not the owners fault, but we wish we would have known. If you want to stay in a relatively remote area and simply enjoy the spectacular views, this is your place.

I am glad that you enjoyed your stay and the amazing views from our apartments. We would like to advise that a local bakery is 5 min, the local grocery store 10 min, and two larger supermarkets 15 min away by vehicle. Several restaurants are within walking distance however walking back to the villa can be a challenge for some as it goes uphill, therefore driving or utilizing a taxi might be preferable. We are looking into options starting up a golf chart shuttle, which is already offered by one of the restaurants. We looked into the laundry and it states that there is laundry on premises not that it is in every apartment. In terms of the road it is truly beyond our control, however we do have plans to construct a concrete section coming towards the villa. We will take into consideration all suggestions to better service our future guests and hopefully welcome you back soon one day.
