Middle-level unit with spacious open floor plan. 3 bedrooms and 1½ baths plus outdoor shower. Located in a quiet neighborhood, this home offers an excellent vacation experience being only four houses from the beach and a short stroll to the bay for magnificent sunsets. The kitchen is equipped with new appliances including a refrigerator with icemaker, stove, microwave, dishwasher, and granite countertops. While centrally air-conditioned, the large windows and quiet ceiling fans in each of the three bedrooms make sleeping a pleasure on breezy nights. Each bedroom offers 2 twin beds. The living room area boasts a flat-screen T.V. with cable. There is a gas grill and covered deck with ceiling fan for your outdoor dining pleasure. A large capacity washer and dryer are provided. Walk with the kids to the playground, bike rentals, and ice cream treats. Just a short ride to Fantasy Island. A perfect place for a perfect family vacation. Internet access is provided.

Great Stay

Relaxing LBI Getaway

I would definitely recommend staying at this property. The place was extremely clean and there was seamless communication with the host leading up, as well as while we were there. So close to the beach! Quiet area and very walkable to local coffee. Highly recommend!

A beautiful house for our weekend getaway

We've been to LBI many times over the past 12 years—staying in hotels and motels. This is our first time renting a house, which was so much nicer. I recommend staying here for anyone who wants to upgrade their next vacation.

Awesome family place on LBI at reasonable rates

The house was just as advertised and very comfortable with 6 people. The kitchen was well appointed with every cooking things you would need. The place was very clean and cheery. The owners were super nice and responsive/accommodating for our every need and question. We would definitely stay there again

Nice getaway

The condo was beautifully decorated and spacious. It is in a great location and allows for a peaceful and relaxing getaway with restaurants and activities nearby. The owners were very responsive and communicated well throughout the process and during the stay. Would highly recommend this rental.

Beautiful home, awesome location!

My family and I spent Memorial Day weekend at this property. The check- in process was a breeze. Joanne's brother met us at check-in and showed us around the property. The home is beautifully decorated and very clean. You cannot beat the location! Only 4 houses from the beach! This was our first time in LBI and we found Beach Haven to be such a great spot to stay. The property is located in a nice quiet neighborhood, however, less than a 10 minutes from restaurants, Fantasy Island and mini golf. The property also has an awesome outdoor shower (full privacy and hot water). We enjoyed the outdoor deck which was able to seat 6 people (perfect for our party). We had breakfast outside every morning. We are already planning our next trip to LBI and would definitely book with Joanne again.

Great Stay in LBI

This place was perfect for our family of four adults, a four year old and 16 mth old. The layout was very functional and allowed us all some privacy, and the living area and deck allowed us to spread out. Place was spotless, too. Joanne was very easy to work with and made us feel very welcomed. We’d definitely stay again if we came back to the island, as we were here for an event. Thanks again for sharing your home with us.

Amazing place

A few friends and myself wanted a nice relaxing beach weekend and this place did not disappoint. This was a perfect location to the beach and just a short ride from fantasy island. I highly recommend this rental to anyone looking for a nice beach vacation.

Lovely, one block from ocean

It was a very nice, updated 2nd floor space. It’s extremely close to the beach and had a nice deck to sit out on. We knew this going in, but aside from kitchen utensils and appliances for cooking, you’ll need to bring stuff like plastic bags and plastic wrap. We’d book here again. Thanks!
