Welcome to Sunnyside Midland! This spacious 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath home offers everything you need for a relaxing getaway or productive stay. Enjoy a large modern kitchen and dining room perfect for family meals, a cozy living area, and a home gym. Unwind in the bathtub or one of the two showers. The fenced backyard opens directly to scenic trails, ideal for nature lovers. Close to Midland’s amenities, it’s the perfect spot for families or remote workers seeking comfort, convenience, and adventure.
Welcome to our spacious 3-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom home designed for comfort and convenience.
Main Floor: The cozy living room is perfect for relaxing, featuring a smart TV and plenty of seating. The large open-concept kitchen is a chef’s dream, with a kitchen island and all essential appliances for meal prep. Adjacent is the dining room, perfect for family meals. A half bathroom is also conveniently located on the main floor.
Upstairs: The master bedroom is a luxurious retreat with a queen bed, a large walk-in closet, an electric fireplace, and a smart TV. The ensuite bathroom boasts a jacuzzi tub, a shower with multiple jets, and his-and-her sinks, offering a spa-like experience. The second bedroom has a queen bed and access to a private patio, perfect for morning coffee or evening relaxation. The third bedroom also has a double bed. There’s an additional bathroom with a shower and laundry facilities for your convenience.
Gym Area: For those who love to stay active, the home includes a gym equipped with a treadmill, stationary bike, and weights. Whether you’re maintaining your fitness routine or just getting in a quick workout, this space has everything you need.
Outdoor Space: The fully fenced backyard offers seating, a BBQ, a fire pit, and direct access to trails through a gated entrance. It’s a great space for hikers, snowmobilers, and snowshoers looking to explore nature right from the property.

One well-behaved dog is welcome, but must be added to your reservation and approved in advance.
Our pet policy is as follows:
- Pets are NOT permitted on any beds. Our linens are white, and we work hard to keep them in excellent condition.
- If you wish to have your pet on the bed with you, please bring your own bedding.
- Pets must never be left unattended, indoors or outdoors.
- Pets must be kept on a leash at all times when outside.
- Any damage caused by your pet is the owner’s full responsibility, and repair or replacement costs will be charged accordingly.
- Please ensure your pet does not bark excessively or disturb neighbours.
- You must clean up after your pet in the yard.
Located in a quiet neighbourhood, this home is just a 5-minute drive to downtown Midland or Penetang, where you’ll find shops, restaurants, and grocery stores. Whether you’re here for work, with family, or to explore the outdoors it has everything you need for a memorable stay!
Guests will have access to the entire house and backyard
We are always available by phone or text if you need anything
House Rules:
The maximum number of guests allowed on the property at any given time is 6. Should it be found that there are more than six people on the property at any given time, you will be asked to leave with no refund. You will be charged for the extra guests.
Absolutely no parties allowed. The Noise-By-Law is in effect 24 hours a day.
Children must be supervised at all times while on the property. By booking with us you accept any and all liability for any incidents that may occur and agree to supervise children at all times.
Campfires: Before you start a fire, it is your responsibility to know if a FIRE BAN is in effect by calling the township.
In order to have a campfire on a property in Midland, a Fire Permit must be obtained. You will find this permit in the rental binder.
No smoking inside. Please put all butts into the fire pit or specified ashtray.
No animals on the furniture.
No grease down the drain. Please empty cooking oil and other grease into the compost (we’re on a septic system)
Only toilet paper can be flushed down toilets (we’re on a septic system)
Payment is due at the time of booking. Confirmed guests will receive a link to our guest portal to sign our rental agreement and view booking details (including payments and receipts).
Our cancellation policy is as follows:
100% Refund: For cancellations made 30 days or more before the check-in date.
50% Refund: For cancellations made between 15 and 29 days before the check-in date.
No Refund: For cancellations made 14 days or fewer before the check-in date.
A $500 security hold will be placed on the guest’s credit card 3 days prior to check-in. This is a pre-authorization only and no funds will be charged unless damage or excessive cleaning is identified after check-out.
Please keep noise to a minimum between 10pm-8am daily.
Absolutely no parties allowed.
The number of guests on the property must always reflect the number of guests booked. The maximum number of guests allowed on the property at any given time is 6. Should it be found that there are more than 6 people on the property at any time, you will be asked to leave without a refund and you will be charged for the extra guests.
For guests travelling with infants: The house is not fully child-proof and it is your responsibility to ensure their safety at all times.
Pets should not be permitted on the beds or furniture. Please keep them on a leash at all times when outside, pick up after them and do not leave them unattended.
