Nestled just outside Morristown, this charming cottage features one bedroom with a queen bed and a lovely living room with a sofa bed. The bathroom has a hairdryer, shower, and towels. The kitchen is well-equipped with almost everything you could need. It has stainless appliances and quartz countertops. Guests will adore this delightful retreat's quaint atmosphere and fantastic amenities.
The $200 dollar cleaning fee is fully refundable if you leave the rental as clean as when you arrived.
The cottage is a new build and will be 100% brand new with all finishings. It boosts a beautiful view of the St. Lawrence River. You will have views of the ships and many boats that use the river. The Army Corps of Engineers has approved a permit for a dock. However, they do not allow placements until July 15th due to fish spawning. The dock is built and just waiting to be placed on the 15th. We look forward to hosting you at our place.
