The condominium is located in a new building on the second floor with balcony view to the Canal. The unit is furnished with all you need in a house including linen, towels, beach towels, beach chairs and umbrella, kitchen appliances, washer and dryer, air conditioning in each room and living room, internet and phone line for domestic calls, It does not have Television. Amenities include tennis court, gym, pickle ball court, ping pong table, olympic swimming pool with green areas and picnic tables by the canal, a Korean restaurant that will be opening soon, access to the beach within a three minute walk, ATM and restaurant located by the beach entrance, bus stops by the Condominium gate from 6 am to 10 pm, shopping center, restaurants, pharmacy, medical and dental offices, and the Farmer’s Market each Wednesday from November to April are all located located within 10-15 minute walk or 3 minute bus drive. The condominium is perfect for those who love nature and still want the amenities of modern living.
