Quaint Cozy Beach Cape Escape

Totally remodeled all new home new stainless steel appliances, granite counter, all hardwood floors and new bath. Amazing 3 bedrooms fantastic spacious home. Walk to deeded rights beautiful sandy beach for residents and guests, off Seacoast Shores Blvd in East Falmouth. Sleeps 6. Have drink on the large deck, play chess or cards under deck umbrella. Cook in a gas grill or gas stove inside. All utensils and cooking ware. Air conditioner if necessary. A flat-screen TV with cable and wifi. Clean fresh bedding. Outdoor shower. Close to Mashpee Common and many fine restaurants. No pets and no smoking.
Note: I recommend that if you have small children to use a stroller for walking to the private beach.
The benefit of buying a weekly beach pass. I would like to emphasize that some sunset beaches are by sticker only and all you need is to show your VRBO
reservation and car registration.

Clean and very well stocked

The house was very clean. Very well stocked kitchen and good appliances. Most importantly for me the beds were good - I really hate rentals with boards for beds. I loved that we didn't have to bring linens and beach towels. Yes, they provide them and they are even really nice. So nice if you are flying here not to have to worry about the details. We used the deck and it was great. We didn't use the yard at all, but it looked nice with a fire pit. The overall neighborhood is nice particularly along the water inlet (great walking and running route without any traffic) but the street itself was a bit rundown if esthetics are really important to you. This property is situated on the edge of Falmouth and Mashpee providing many excellent dining options, if like us, you hate cooking dinner on vacation. I have to mention that the advertised swimming location is a 3/4 mile walk. We had a kid with us so when we went we used our bikes. You could also drive there and park on the street. It was a nice option for something quick, but it isn't a day at the beach. This is a great rent at this price. Don't hesitate.

Wedding and family reunion weekend

This was by far the best rental I’ve had through your company. House is immaculately maintained with everything and if you could ever imagine for your enjoyment. And if you conversations with Madeline it was really fantastic to deal with. That one of the neighbors Kathy was really great also. I would recommend this property for anybody looking for something in the Falmouth area. Very quiet street. I spent a lot of time on the front porch.

Great Spot for a summer vacation!

Our Mid August stay was great! As noted in previous reviews, the kitchen was one of the more fully stocked ones I've seen, and we thought the provided beach chairs and towels were super helpful. Those are nice amenities for a trip like this! Large deck was great to enjoy during our stay. The short drives to Menahuant and old silver beach were perfect for us. Didn't find the "walkable" beach as appealing, but it was well described in previous reviews.

WE HAD A GREAT STAY IN FALMOUTH

THE LOCATION WAS PERFECT FOR US. WE WERE 5 MINUTES FROM WAQUOIT BAY. MY SON WAS ENROLLED IN THEIR SUMMER CAMP AND HOUSE WAS IN A PERFECT LOCATION FOR DAILY PICK UP AND DROP OFF. BEACHES AND DOWNTOWN FALMOUTH WAS ALL VERY CLOSE. HOUSE WAS SPACIOUS. KITCEHN WAS PERFECT FOR MEALS. KITCHEN TABLE WAS THE PERFECT SIZE FOR CARD GAMES AND MEALS.

My family had a great time staying here. The house was perfect for our family of 5. It was within walking distance to a private beach or a short drive to larger beaches. Downtown Falmouth was only a short drive away. We had a great time and I would stay again.
