Hot Tub - Fire Pit - Single Level Ranch

Summary:

The kitchen extends into the family room. Extend living to the outdoors onto the large deck for entertaining or just relaxing in the hot tub. The primary is spacious w/ an updated en'suite. Getting around is a breeze as I485 access is just 1 1/2 miles away. Uptown Charlotte is w/in 14 miles and 5 miles away you can be in either Center of Matthews or Mint Hill!



Other Things to Note:

The hot tub is equipped with two pumps. However, we keep one pump turned off to prevent potential issues caused by over-tightening the valve. When the valve is twisted too forcefully, it causes water to escape, rendering the hot tub unusable. As a result, half of the jets will be operational, ensuring the water heats up to a comfortable temperature for your enjoyment. We require the guest that booked the house to sign a rental agreement agreeing to our house rules

Nice Option

My family and I don't live far away and were having work done to our home. Of course it took much longer than they had expected so I was grateful I was able to extend our stay at least twice. Any issues were dealt with such as a light bulb that wasn't working and the hot tub not heating up. (Note my son was using it and didn't figure it out that it wasn't heating for a few days.) I met both the owner and property manager, and they were both kind and accommodating. We would stay here again any time we need additional work on our own home.
