Great place!

This was an awesome apartment! There were 7 adults staying here comfortably. The owner was great at communicating and everything was very clean. The parking was a small walk away but there were adequate spots for multiple cars. Highly recommend!

Great spot to stay for the races

We came to NC to visit zMax Dragway and this spot was only about a 15m drive from the track. There are lots of commercial areas with stores and restaurants very close by which made it easy to find meals and snacks when we wanted them.The condo was very clean and had 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. This was exactly what we needed for our short stay in the area.

Nice Spot

Very convenient location, spacious and quiet. I got lots of good rest. We didnt utilize the kitchen but it was conveniently stocked. Owner responded promptly to all messages.

Nice place in a safe location. Took about 24 hours to hear back from host and didn’t answer all my questions. Kitchen not very well stocked, so if you plan to cook, you may need some things.

Location was great. We were there for an event st UNC Charlotte. We srrived yo gind we towles and sherte in the dryer. The walkway into the apartment was so overgrown we had to mice it evert yime we came or went. I would hive the place a C.

Soccer Weekend

The apartment is very nice. The only issue was the strong odor of marijuana. I'm not sure if the smell is from previous guests or coming from a neighbor, but it was pungent.

Place was nice. Good location and clean. The only negative was a very distinct smell that was in the unit. It was very strong stench and was so bad that when we got home everything had to be washed including our luggage’s because everything smelled like the apartment. The drawers also hadn’t been cleaned out they were kind of yucky but we didn’t really need to use them so it was ok.

We were unable to remain in the unit for more than 10 minutes due to poor air quality and a strong odor, likely marijuana, and were forced to make alternative arrangements. I promptly contacted the host to explain that the conditions made the residence uninhabitable and requested a full reimbursement.The host responded by denying the presence of any odor or attributing it to external factors or the age of the property. She declined my request for a refund and has since ceased communication. VRBO agents have assured me that the host was asked to follow up and that I had “nothing to worry about,” as they would assist in resolving the matter. However, the issue remains unresolved.I remain hopeful that both the host and VRBO will take appropriate steps to address these concerns and improve the property for future guests. This experience has been disappointing and discouraging.
