Newly renovated House with garden, swimming pool and outdoor dining
facilities in centre of Medulin. Kitchen with dinning area and living room on upper floor. 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms are spread trough 2 floors. Free parking and Wi-Fi.
The house is located Medulin centre 20m form bank, shop, restaurant etc,. The nearest beach is pebbles beach on Vizula 5min walk away (300m). Sandy beach Bieca is 1 km distant. This holiday home is ideal for families or small groups. The house is fully furnished for eight people. It provides four nicely decorated bedrooms. Living room is combined with dining area and kitchen. Kitchen is equipped and includes fridge, freezer, electric stove, oven and all other kitchen utensils. Besides that, there are two bathrooms both with shower. Guests also have air condition, TV, WiFi, bed sheets and towels. Parking is in house courtyard.
Key feature is private garden with swimming pool and dinning area and barbecue, solar shower.
Pets are welcome for a fee but are not allowed to stay in the Villa alone without supervision. They are not allowed to be on sofa, bed or blankets and sheets from Villa. They are not allowed to go in the Pool. Please clean after your pets do there things.
