This isn’t just a place to stay—it’s our sanctuary, and we can’t wait to share it with you. Nestled on two peaceful acres in the heart of the Seneca Wine Trail, this newly remodeled 1920s farmhouse has been our retreat from the busy world, and we hope it can be yours too.

When we first saw the vineyard across the street and the way the sun sets over the hills, we knew this was a special place. Every detail in this home is a reflection of the love we’ve poured into it. Inside, you’ll find three cozy bedrooms, a kitchen equipped for home-cooked meals, and a living area that feels like the perfect spot to unwind. The high-speed Wi-Fi and dedicated workspace mean you can stay connected, whether you’re here for work or pleasure. We’ve also made sure it’s safe and comfortable for families—we’ve installed everything from cordless blinds to outlet covers and a child gate for peace of mind.

Outside, the two fire pits have hosted many nights of storytelling and laughter. The BBQ has served up countless meals on the back patio, and the expansive backyard is our dog’s favorite place. Feel free to enjoy it all—there’s even a disc golf course if you’re up for a bit of fun!
