Amazing Beach Retreat "Oceanwalk"

Off the beaten path, our Ocean View Beach House is designed to give you an unforgettable and relaxing experience. Located in Fernandina Beach on Amelia Island, this home provides guests privacy on one of the quietest beach communities on the island. This historical beach neighborhood is the place to unwind and enjoy the beauty of the ocean and its white sands. Only a 10 minute drive to restaurants, bars and night life.

Just a 3 minute walk to the beach, this magnificent 3 bedroom and 3 bathroom beach house truly offers all the comforts of home and then some. The open floor plan, with ceramic tile floors throughout, includes a fully equipped modern kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a large bar height granite counter top that seats 5 for dining, a large open living room and dining area seating 4 is adjacent to the kitchen and outdoor living space. The property is pet friendly and pets are allowed on the beach.
The house offers plenty of opportunity to enjoy the beautiful scenery on a large veranda with an unobstructed view of the ocean. The veranda offers a roomy sitting area for outdoor entertaining with family and friends or for just relaxing and enjoying the beautiful sunrises and sunsets. Outdoor dining areas seats 6 and features an outdoor grill.
Our luxury unit sleeps eight. The master bedroom features a king-size bed with a pillow-top mattress, a 40" HDTV that you can enjoy watching as you are having breakfast in bed, and a private bath. The second bedroom has a queen size bed with a pillow-top mattress. The third bedroom has two twin XL beds. The second and third bedrooms are adjacent to a full bath. There is a separate sitting area with a sofa that converts to a comfortable queen size bed. The area has a full bath that includes a large walk-in shower, and a washer and dryer.
The home is equipped with everything you need for a perfect vacation. The home has Comcast Cable, free Wi-Fi for guests, a 55" HDTV and a soundbar. The soundbar is compatible for use with I-pad or I-phone.
From the beach, you are a short walk or bike ride to the Omni Spa and Shop, the world-renowned Ritz Carlton and within minutes from several golf courses. Take a short drive and enjoy historical downtown Fernandina. There is plenty of natural beauty to enjoy, as well. Hike the canopied trails of Fort Clinch, explore the marsh ecosystem and Big and Little Talbot Island or paddle the creeks in a kayak.

We thoroughly enjoyed our 2 week pet friendly stay at Oceanwalk. We were pleased to be able to see the ocean from the deck. We loved no stairs!! The beach walkover was steps away. The house was very clean and comfortable. The beds were also every comfortable the kitchen was well stocked. We’re hoping to come back again next year!! Management responded quickly to any questions.

The only negative was the handicap restroom the shower is NOT zero entry as i was told and the beds are very comfortable, but too high for someone in a wheelchair.

Great Beach Stay

We really enjoyed this property. A short walk to the boardwalk to the beach. House was comfortable, clean and cool (AC worked great). Patio table was our meeting place in the late afternoon, good shade and a great view of the ocean. We would definitely stay here again.

The house was perfect for our group. Great kitchen for group cooking and the deck provided meals with a view. The bed flexibility of 2 twins or a king, plus a king and queen is great. We loved the short walk to the beach and even though there is public beach access close by the beach was not crowded.
