This house is JUST like the pictures. Pix are spot on. I love the fact that it’s an end unit too. One thing that I would recommend is bring your own towels and washcloths. It states bring your own “toiletries” but the bathrooms only had about about 6 towels, so depending on how you stay, and the amount of ppl, you may need more or need to wash. Otherwise, ease of entry, cleanliness, nice and friendly neighborhood, coffee shop right about the corner, close the shopping, groceries, and more all within maybe 2-3 miles.

We had a great stay and this layout was perfect for us. Half bath was on the main floor with the rest of the living area and the two full baths upstairs. Loved the fact that it was an end unit and only had the one neighbor.

Great Location close to Sango

This townhome is very nice and well equipped with amenities. It's an ideal location to check the Southern parts of Clarksville such as Sango area but its also right off of 41A highway which is an easy connection to downtown and Sango to the South. Very clean and organized and the kitchen and bathrooms had all the needed amenities for a comfortable stay. It's a great place for families up to 4 people. Also has 2 designated parking spaces.

We were in Clarksville for a family wedding. The open floor plan downstairs provided the opportunity for us to do some cooking and baking for family events, while catching the Olympics on TV. There was a lot of information for our stay online with our welcome package.
