WHAT TO PACK: You will need to bring (or rent) your own linens, bath and beach towels, paper products (toilet paper, paper towels), personal products (soap, shampoo), and basic kitchen supplies (anything disposable or consumable that you would use in a kitchen, such as trash bags, dishwasher detergent, a kitchen sponge or dish cloth, etc.)

Location was great. All aspects of the townhouse were as described, lovely, comfortable, upscale. Kitchen was well stocked with cookware for meals at home. The agency managing the property required renters to bring all paper and trash supplies for the week. However, the home had plenty of paper supplies, even laundry detergent and cleaning supplies. This is a welcomed feature and I would have appreciated not packing and bringing these items in a fully loaded car. The agency listing also indicated there were 4 beach chairs. We packed 2 more.There were more than 8 in the garage. The agency should highlight these amenities accurately for renters and the owners.
