Pleasing amenities include a heated community pool and spa not far from the home. Centrally located in a quiet neighborhood, this desirable ground floor unit provides the ideal home away from home for your Arizona retreat.
Grocery stores and restaurants are within walking distance; golf, shopping, Usery Regional Mountain Park, world-class hiking/biking, water recreation and Cubs spring training at Sloan Park are a short drive from the neighborhood. Gilbert, Scottsdale, Tempe and Phoenix are easy drives on our modern highway system.
There is so much to see and do in and around magnificent Mesa, cross your fingers and hope your vacation lasts forever!

Our townhouse features an open and roomy floor plan with a new more modern look. The great room provides a cozy and comfortable area to gather for watching the smart TV or planning the next excursion. A desk with chair is ideal for your remote work. A newly added table shuffleboard is fun for all ages. Sliding doors in the great room permit natural light to brighten the living spaces and provide access to the back patio.
A well-equipped and well-lit upgraded kitchen has an open pass-through to keep drinks and snacks flowing to the great room. Both Keurig and drip coffee makers are ready to brew your favorite roast. Dining area seats 4 in style.
In unit washer and dryer are an additional bonus and laundry detergent is stocked. There is a garage with space for one car and a driveway parking space. Wifi is complimentary. Highchairs and Pack 'N Plays are available to rent.

The primary bedroom has a king bed, large walk-in closet and smart TV. Remodeled primary bath features a walk-in shower and dual vanity sinks. A hair dryer and soap are stocked.
Bedroom 2 has 2 XL twin beds, a smart TV and shares Bathroom 2 with a tub-shower combination. Large windows in both bedrooms supply natural light and there is sufficient closet and drawer space for storing your personal belongings.

A covered patio with a barbecue for grilling and furniture invite you to enjoy al fresco dining.
Take a short walk to the heated community pool and spa to enjoy a lap or two in the warm, sparkling water. Walking trails connect small parks in the well maintained and family friendly neighborhood.
Neighborhood has greenbelt views and open spaces where nature enthusiasts may observe local and migrating wildlife. Don't forget to pack your cameras and binoculars!

The number of people must be appropriate for the number of beds. If deemed necessary, AZ Vacation Home Rentals reserves the right to approve the reservation based on sleeping arrangements.
Written approval is required to exceed the standard occupancy of 4 for this home. Unless Arizona Vacation Home Rentals has granted permission to exceed the standard occupancy number, Guest agrees to limit guests, including infants and children, to standard occupancy of four (4).
Daytime visitors to home may not exceed two (2) people to include adults, infants and children unless prior permission is granted by Arizona Vacation Home Rentals.
AZ Vacation Home Rentals reserves the right to require a refundable security deposit.
All AZ Vacation Home Rental properties have working smoke and carbon monoxide detectors.
All TVs are for streaming and not cable or satellite serviced.
